Description

Carinya Homestead is nestled on a magnificent 100 acre working olive grove "River Flats Estate" with over 3500 olive trees. Carinya offers the perfect blend of modern country accommodation with the charm of a country retreat . Carynia Homestead sleeps up to 8 people with its 3 queens size bedrooms and double bunk bed room and two bathrooms.

Carinya has a full sized snooker room and a large open plan lounge, dining and country style kitchen. It also has a great slow combustion wood burning for those cold winter evenings. Carynia is like a home away from home but with magnificent views over the Olive groves and a magnificent dam.

With a slow combustion fire, R/C air-conditioning, BBQ area and large open and enclosed deck areas and a modern and fully equipped kitchen, Pool/Billard table and pay tv every detail has been taken care of. So just sit back, relax and enjoy your stay.

Given notice we can arrange catering or gourmet platters. The magnificent rustic outdoor entertainment area features a large BBQ and Pizza Oven and is perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Surrounded by fairy lights and beautiful gardens you wont ever want to leave.

The Homestead features another property on the estate which is a five minute stroll through the olive grove called Tara Cottage. Tara sleeps 6 guests in 2 queen size bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. So if you have a large party of up to 12 – 14 people we have the perfect solution for you with both houses

If you take both cottages then the large undercover central area is fantastic with Open Fire, BBQ and tables and chairs so all your family and friends can sit under the stars and enjoy a touch of Tuscany in the Hunter Valley.

Carinya supplies all bed linen, towels, crockery and utensils. They also provide everything for a hearty country breakfast including bacon, fresh farm eggs, bread, orange juice, tea and coffee with all condiments. They also throw in a wonderful bottle of their own River Flats Olive Oil with their compliments
