Panoramic ocean views. Ultra modern fabulous holiday house in Terrigal, Central Coast. Sleeps 14 in 5 bedrooms with rumpus room (up t0 13 separate beds). All linen supplied. Huge open plan living area includes kitchen and dining table to seat 12 (14 if pushed) and opens onto superdeck. Digital TV with Foxtel. Broadband internet available. Short walk (3-5 minutes) to the beach and village.

The large tiled entertaining area consists of living area, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen has stone tops and an island bench. It has table settings for 14. TV set is brand new Sony Digital and is linked to Foxtel and has DVD and VCR. This area has a cupboard bar and bar fridge. Living room opens onto a tiled superdeck overlooking the beach, ocean,Terrigal haven and village. There is a 4 burner natural gas BBQ and teak outdoor setting for 12 on the superdeck.

There are 5 bedrooms each with a king bed which can be separated into 2 single beds. These bedrooms sleep 10. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and open onto different decks. There is a main bathroom on each level. One has a bath.

In the rumpus room is a large sturdy timber double bunk, a sofa bed and a kitchenette with a laundry tub, washing machine and dryer. The rumpus room opens onto a deck which is under the superdeck and also looks over the beach and the village.

There is undercover car parking for 2 cars and off street car parking for 2 or 3 additional cars.

This is a large house suitable for many people. There are different areas where people can separate from others, yet all be together. It is extremely suitable for a family bonding week, mini conference or a group of friends.

As it is a short walk to the beach, village and two hotels, there is no need to drive.

It will provide you with the best experience any house on the coast capable of accommodating this number of people has to offer. It was designed and fitted out for this purpose.

Pricing and stays over Christmas and New Year

As our cleaners are local mothers who like to be with their children over the week-ends we do not have cleaners on Saturday ro Sundays - so we cannot accommodate a rate based on a one nightt stay.

Over the Christmas and New Year period, we have preferred stay periods to ensure that those who book for Christmas day and for New Year's eve, have days both before and after each of those events to relax and recuperate.

Local Attractions

From Terrigal Beach you can walk around the edge of the Ocean to Forresters, a 40 minute walk one wayalong the beach. A 5 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza, 10 minutes drive to Avoca Beach.
