Description
This holiday house sleeps six in three bedrooms comfortably. With two living areas, a tropical landscaped courtyard and rear deck there is plenty of room to spread out. The yard is very large and well fenced so you can ensure that your pets are safe. Dogs of all sizes will be at home here. There is also the capacity to bring a boat and keep it secured in the back yard.
The property has been recently renovated and has a full kitchen with double ovens and dishwasher. A large refrigerator is also provided for convenience, particularly during the Summer months. Simiarly the bathroom and laundry are also fresh and modern.
The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, an open fireplace, media room with pay television and books and games to be enjoyed while staying on the property
What do you need to bring?
From the moment you enter the property we hope that you fell at home and can relax and enjoy the holiday that lieas ahead. We will leave a welcome gift for you all to share with gourmet tea and coffee from local businesses.
The property has a washing machine, dryer, small appliances in the kitchen, hair dryer and straightening irons in the bathroom.
Finally to ensure that you don't have to bring everything but the kitchen sink, we include all linen as part of our rental agreement. The only thing we don't provide is beach towels. These should be brought. Please provide bedding for your pets as we don't allow them on couches or beds and thank you in advance for respecting our wishes.
What is there to do in the area?
The Sunshine Coast is about 45 minutes North of Brisbane and has spectacular surf beaches. The property is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, close to Cotton Tree in Maroochydore.
That leaves you with so many options. A walk along the beach or in beautful parks just 5 minutes from home. Venturing further afield the Sunshine Coast locations such as Noosa and Maleny and Montville about a 40 minute drive away. Eumundi is home to markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Children will enjoy playing in the fantastic park on Cotton Tree Esplanade, or playing in the sand on one of many beaches. Failing that local attractions close by include Underwater World, Australia Zoo, and Aussie World to name a few. Cinemas can be found at Sunshine Plaza.
There are so many conveniences at the end of the street: convenience store, BWS, take away (fish and chips, noodles, pizza) and video stores. Still witin walking distance you will find India Today (voted Qld best Indian restaurant for the last few years), Thai and Italian restaurants, along with many fine dining options in Duporth Avenue. Cotton tree is filled with wonderful cares suxh as Raw Energy, Nude Deli Cafe and Cafe Envy and a wonderful restaurant called Ba Vigo.
A local bus runs past the house Monday to Friday and heads to either Sunshine Plaza or Kawana shopping world, the two major shopping centres on the Sunshine Coast.
