Seacrest is an open plan home located in a gated estate half an hour south of Port Macquarie in the Camden Haven area on South Beach at Dunbogan.
2 mins walk and your on a 10km surf beach or play tennis within the estate.
Take advantage of surfing, bushwalking, swimming, whale-watching, National parks, kayaking, fishing, boating, fine dining, wine tasting and much more.
Set in native bushland you will only hear the birds and the surf, very private and quiet. Just perfect to truely relax.
The local shops at Laurieton are only minutes away and there are many cafes, restaurants and a fish co-op at the wharf.
Within the estate you can enjoy the communal tennis courts, whale watching platform and BBQ area overlooking the beach. We provide a PICNIC SET AND ESKY and a PORTABLE BABY COT if required.
Large open plan living with polished floor boards, plasma TV. A well equipped kitchen opening onto an outside entertaining area with BBQ.
Three bedrooms - a queen bed in two of the bedrooms and two single beds in the other bedrooom. Two large bathrooms upstairs and downstairs an outside hot and cold shower, extra loo and laundry with washing machine.
