Every bit as tranquil as the name suggests, we welcome families and quiet groups after a peaceful getaway. This is a lovely property in serene surroundings.
Tranquility is an inviting, light and bright, 4 bedroom, 2 storey beach house with all day sun.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite), a bathroom and large, open plan lounge room/living area. The modern kitchen has long granite benchtops, a dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen needs.
At the rear is a deck area with BBQ and outdoor setting.
At the front is a large balcony overlooking a landscaped garden, the reserve, the lagoon and out to the ocean.
Downstairs is the 4th bedroom/rumpas room. With its own bathroom, it is self contained and is well suited for a family group of 5, or the kids retreat.
Outside is a 120m2 covered, tiled, entertainment area.
The laundry is equipped with a modern washing machine + dryer, iron, clothes rack etc.
The bedding arrangements are: 1 queen bed, 5 double beds and 3 single beds.

Location

Tranquility is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and short walk further to the shops, restaurant, video, takeaway and bottle shops.
The house overlooks the lagoon and through the trees to the ocean.
10 minutes drive to Avoca Beach and 15 minutes drive to Terrigal.

BEACH: fishing, swimming and one of the best point breaks on the East Coast.
ROCKPOOL: great for the kids and snorkelling.
LAGOON: swimming (for the toddlers) fishing, prawning and dog excercise area

10 minutes drive to Kincumber Shops, supermarket, Cinema, Hotel, and access to Brisbane Water for water sports.
