Come and see why many of our guests return to Twin Pines...

Modern stylish and well appointed brand new beach home overlooking the turquoise waters of Boat Beach and beyond. Come and enjoy the lazy seaside atmosphere of this boutique holiday destination.

Twin Pines provides spacious open plan living in a wonderfully private location. The large open plan kitchen and dining area feature polished timber floors and floor to ceiling glass doors which open to create seamless indoor / outdoor living. With a choice of three decks, there is plenty of room for all guests to either soak up the sun overlooking the beach, enjoy a good book or have an afternoon snooze with the sound of the waves to relax you. Watch for the dolphins which regularly swim at Boat Beach!

Twin Pines is perfect for families with a separate rumpus room for children downstairs. While the parents relax upstairs, children have their own space to play games or watch DVDs.

At night, enjoy dinner on the deck or watch a movie on the plasma TV. For those chilly nights, there is a wood fireplace to keep you warm.

The rear pavilion contains three queen size bedrooms which all open onto the deck and enjoy ocean views. There is also a 4th bedroom containing 4 single beds. The large master bedroom includes an ensuite and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The main bathroom (including bath), separate toilet and laundry are also located in the rear pavilion.

  • "Our second visit to Twin Pines. The first was in the dead of winter, so we watched the rain and enjoyed the log fire. This time it was closer to summer. Beautiful sunny November days, warm on the beach, but the house is kept cool by the north-easterly - better than air conditioning. Wildlife everywhere. We saw so many whales from the deck we were starting to get blase about them. Everything about the house is brilliant. The way the sliding doors disappear into the walls, completely opening the house onto both decks. A huge dining table that's perfect for a long lingering dinner with way too many bottles of wine. And to top it all off, a host who actually cares about whether visitors have had a good time. The best house in one of the best locations on the coast. "

  • "Twin Pines and Seal Rocks - what a fabulous combination! We have just spent 11 nights at Twin Pines and it was a great house for two families to enjoy. Modern, spacious, well equipped, comfy beds and couches, large kitchen and lots of room for all ages to come together or have some space. We saw whales and dolphins from the deck, had visiting kookaburras, viewed stunning sunsets, and were only moments from the lighthouse, beaches and the bush. Just perfect. Can't recommend it enough."

  • "This house is fantastic. So spacious, well equipped and set in a magical location. Friendly kookaburras visit daily! We stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids - and we all loved. Thank you Sally"

  • "We had lousy weather but luckily we were staying at Twin Pines which has an amazing vantage point to watch the squally weather across the ocean. We enjoyed spending time in a well designed, spacious and well equipped house. The kids loved the daily visits from the kookaburras, playing on the beach in between rain showers and walking to the lighthouse on a wild and windy day!"

  • "We celebrated our wedding at Twin Pines and the house really topped off a beautiful weekend for us and our family. Magical views from the huge deck, seperate bedroom wing and open plan really allowed all ages to relax and enjoy. We'll definitely be back as many times as we can. "

  • "A stunning house in a beautiful location. So much space, well designed and really well equipped. We had sunshine and rain and never felt too closed in when the weather wasn't good. We'll be back for sure. "

  • "What a great find! Seal rocks is just a magical place with amazing beaches and just the perfect place to unwind. We found Twin Pines an amazing house and we will definitely be going back. The house was open plan with huge balconies and every aspect of it was perfect. See you again soon"

  • "We had an amazing weekend! From what we had seen on the web we were already very excited about staying at the house, but we were blown away when we arrived - it's absolutely fantastic! It's enormous, beautifully furnished, equipped with EVERYTHING we needed, and being able to open up the huge doors on to the deck with that amazing view was priceless. "

  • "What more could we have asked for on our 2 night stay at Twin Pines? A few more nights..... The best house with unforgettable views, in what we rate as one of the most amazing locations!!! We had whales coming in to 100 metres off boat beach. There is no doubt that we will all be back soon. Thank you Sally "

  • "A fabulous house in an ideal location. Great for large groups with superior facilities. The deck area provides extended living areas where you can enjoy the magnificent view and scan for whales passing by. I cannot recommend it highly enough!"
