The main house:

Upstairs: Two bedrooms (QS) with central bathroom. Large lounge with OFP (plus central heating), 42" Plasma, DVD. Open plan sitting room with Coonara, dining/meals area with large wooden table to seat 14 guests, homely farm-style kitchen with gas appliances, 90cm stainless steel oven, fully equipped crockery/cuttlery, dishwasher and microwa and coffee machine, leading to outdoor entertaining deck with table and BBQ facilities.

Downstairs: Bedroom with queen bed, plus sitting room with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower/toilet and laundry, featuring pull back doors leading onto decked verandah.

Note: Child safety gate on the top of the stairs so you can relax!

The bungalow:

Outdoor garden setting and pathway leading to bunkhouse that offers 2 bedrooms (1 x QS, 2 x SB) & sitting room with sofa bed and DVD facilities. Fully fenced and decked in-ground sparkling plunge pool on lower level.

Note: During Peak time (Dec/Jan) there is a one week minimum booking.
