Description

The Villa can be rented as 1 or 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The resort offers tennis, heated spa, gym, restaurant and children\'s playground all in a beautiful tropical landscaped setting.
Your choice of many magnificent beaches, Seal Rocks Lighthouse & it\'s world famous diving, tropical rainforests & bushwalks, 4 golf courses within 30 minutes, dolphin watching (whales in season), lakeside sunsets & local clubs.
Catch the sunrise on a wave on our renowned surfing beaches.
Snack at the poolside restaurant or enjoy a more refined dining experience of an evening.
Stroll to the local shops to grab a pizza, relax with a coffee or get your everyday needs at the General Store, Chemist, Surf shop, Deli & Bottleshop.
The children will be busy on their scooters & bikes when they are not swimming or maybe they will challenge themselves on the equipment in their playground.

The Villa\'s northern aspect takes in the morning sun and the cool ocean breezes. It is light, airy & stylish with quality fittings, new & clean. Polished timber floors with open plan living area adds to its comfort.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel benchtop & glass splashback & fully self contained with dishwasher & microwave.

Villa has 2 bedrooms (with built-ins), 2 bathrooms (ensuite to main). Main has a queen sized bed, BR 2 has 2 singles. A sofa bed in the lounge area sleeps 2.

Laundry has washing machine & dryer, iron & ironing board.

Relax on the covered deck taking in the aromas of the BBQ provided whilst sipping on your favourite wine.
After returning from the beach refresh in the outdoor shower and store your surf boards, wetsuits, buckets & spades in the lockable wet room.

Cable TV, DVD, stereo, internet connection & a direct phone line are available.

And remember, it is a freestanding Beach House so there are no strange noises from adjoining neighbours.

Villa 51 is privately owned and we offer value through internet bookings.

We are situated 2.5 Hours from Hornsby, 1.5 hours from Newcastle & 15 minutes from Forster.

You can take a short drive to Forster for some great shopping, restaurants & movies. Taste the famous local Wallis Lake oysters or fresh local fish as you enjoy the crystal water views.
Book a deep sea fishing adventure, a romantic dinner cruise, take in a surf school or enjoy the dolphins & whales on one of the daily cruises, hire your own boat or go kayaking. And, if this is not enough, check out the Grandis Tree or picnic at Whoota Lookout to view the Great Lakes system.
