The cottage sleeps four in two beautifully decorated queen bedrooms featuring electric blankets(winter months only), doonas/duvet, and Egyptian cotton sheets.
The bathroom has an indulgent spa bath with luxury bath towels and a hair dryer is supplied.
The cottage boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen with all applicances for those who would like to stay in and cook.
There is a dining table in the kitchen or you may choose to BBQ & eat al fresco outside and admire the beautifully manicured gardens from the outdoor table setting.
For those cold chilly nights enjoy the cosy open wood burning fire as well as
central heating in every room of the cottage OR the comfort of ducted air-conditioning on those warm summer days.
For your entertainment a small DVD library,23" LCD-TV,
CD/ Stereo with I-Pod dock which also features an out door speaker.
A laundry is provided, equiped with a larger fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.
Off street parking for 2 cars is provided.

We regret that PETS can not be accommodated.
In Autum and Winter (May to Nov) warm out door clothing is advised,Temperatures can be up to 10 deg cooler than Sydney Temps.
