I own an elegant and spacious apartment that is available for holiday letting as a serviced apartment. Even though it is spacious three bedroom apartment we let the apartment for both two and three bedroom bookings.
Couples getting way from the hustle and bustle to chill out and families needing a relaxing holiday will love our apartment and beautiful Palm Cove.
With us what you see is what you get. This is our only Sea Temple apartment, so the apartment you see here is the actual one you will be staying in.
My StayZ Calendar is alway kept upto date with all bookings taken actually showing and I pride my self on getting back to all enquiries promptly. So no wasted enquiries waiting days for a reply or just to be told the nights showing available are not actually available any more.
This is the 7th year our property has been listed on StayZ and my agent and I know how to look after you.
Our apartment is cleaned and serviced with fresh linen and towels ready for each new arrival, it is then serviced on a weekly basis thereafter for bookings over 7 nights.
For bookings over 7 nights, our guests will have an extra mid stay clean and linen change on a day that suits them. We can arrange additional serving for you and even daily servicing if required.
On arrival, our guests will find a beautiful clean apartment, the beds all made up, the bathrooms with those white hotel type towels, plus those cute little soaps & shampoos.
We also provide a little 'welcome pack' of the 'essentials' in your room like milk, tea & coffee to help ensure your stay is perfect from beginning to end.

Please check the booking calander, on the front page, right hand side. Check the availability, if you select nights that fill gaps in my bookings or nights that backing on to other bookings I may offer a slightly cheaper rate.
The price per night that I ask is a higher for the 5 and 6 night shorter stays, the rates shown are for stays 7 nights and over.
Pricing on the system is as a 2 Bbl rooms, please add $10 per night for the third double room (additional charge to cover laundry costs).
Six nighty price add $10 per night.
Five night price add $20 per night.
This sliding scale allows me to still offer the shorter 5 night stays and to still offer my very competitive rates for longer bookings 7 nights and over.
Please note my prices are for the whole apartment, which is a spacious 172 square meters of fully equipped luxury, its a three bedroom apartment that has living spaces typically larger than comparable two bedroom apartments.
Others might offer a better rate; check, that you are getting premium Sea Temple quality right on the beach and roughly the same sized apartment. The rates elsewhere could be for a small studio apartment or hotel type room or smaller two bedroom apartment.
The main balcony overlooks the lagoon pool and is accessed from the lounge and also the master bedroom suite. The private mini balcony's of the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms at the rear of the apartment offer vistas of the beach and Double Island.
Here are a few things to consider about our apartment that I believe make it great value. Firstly, it is a large apartment with ample living areas and balconies so you have a bit more room to spread out and relax. What is also important is that it is privately owned and let; this is our own holiday apartment that we also love to stay in when we are on holidays. We have made sure that the things we like and would expect in a top apartment are also there for our guests. It's the obvious things like a new 50 inch plasma and nice new comfy lounges. Then it's also the little things like quality cookware cutlery etc and nice glassware that make the difference for our guests.

Fully equipped gymnasium on site. The reception desk will also provide you with a gym access swipe card if you want to use that facility.
Nearby shops in Palm Cove and Clifton Beach Coles for groceries and essential beverages.
MAKING A BOOKING & PAYMENT.
We are now taking bookings out to the end of 2013 and will take bookings for early 2014.
All bookings are subject to availability, when you make an enquiry through StayZ I will promptly confirm availability and price for the nights you have requested. As I said my StayZ bookings calendar is kept up to date, however very rarely we may have just accepted a booking where the guests are confirming annual leave and or flights etc and I have said I will hold the nights for a couple days while they sort those things out.
When you have confirmed that you want to book the nights, I will send you all the details you need to make payment. Most guests pay by direct bank transfer to my account. This is easy if you have electronic banking or the payment can be made over the counter at your bank branch.
If you would like to pay by card my agent can take payments by cards. Please note we charge a 2% surcharge for payments made by card.
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking. For bookings taken less than 30 days before arrival, we will ask for full payment up front.
SUPPORT TO COORDINATE YOUR STAY, YOUR POINT OF CONTACT AND KEY PICK UP.
My agent looks after your booking, once you have paid your deposit, they organise everything from then on and are your main point of contact. I have been letting my apartment as a holiday rentals for over 7 year and 5 years now with my current agent. We know how to look after you.
My agent is a Real Estate office located close by in Palm Cove they specialise in holiday letting and will ensure your booking and stay is well organised and goes to plan.
Key pick up and drop off is normally via my agents office in Palm Cove, they have a secure key facility for late or early arrivals and departures.
There are sets of keys at the reception desk in case of key loss or locking your self out, please contact the agent immediately for replacement keys and return the reception set back to them.
You are staying as my guest rather than a guest of the buildings onsite Mirvac management. If you want the full 5 star resort service with daily room cleaning and room service, 24 hour reception etc please contact them they will look after you.
AS OUR GUEST WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT
Enjoy all the fabulous features around the apartment i.e. the pools, the grounds, the deck chairs, the gymnasium, the undercover parking, the lifts and resort lobby area etc.
You are of course also welcome to use the facilities run by the onsite management such as the wonderful day spa and boutique, the restaurants, the bar and the poolside bistro, these are all open to the public and they will appreciate your custom.
For booking cancellation more than 180 days prior to date of arrival, we will refund 90% of the total booking price less direct costs such as fees and charges for example, credit card transaction costs.
If you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to date of arrival, we will refund 70% of the total booking price less direct costs.
If you cancel your booking less than 60 days before arrival we will refund 50% of total booking value less costs.
For booking cancellations less than 60 days there is no refund.
