Located in the Southern Highlands’ glorious heartland, Cedargreen is conveniently situated moments from the town centre and offers comfortable self-contained accommodation in peace and privacy. Set in a tranquil established garden, this two bedroom accommodation is only minutes drive from popular sights, restaurants and all the region has to offer.

Terms and conditions:
General Terms
The apartment is available for domestic holiday rental only. ie No weddings or parties without prior approval in writing from the owner.

Check in / Check out time
The accommodation is available from 2pm (negotiable)on the date of your arrival. Check out time is negotiable depending on other bookings that follow.

We require a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of payment and a bond as a security against loss or damage the week prior to arrival. An inventory is checked after your stay and all damage or losses will need to be paid for.

Please leave the house as you found it. Please ensure that all dishes and cooking implements are washed and put away and that the dishwasher is on, prior to departure. If the cleaner is required to do unreasonably more than a standard clean, the additional time will need to be charged.

Finally and most importantly, please treat the house as your own home. It is a lovely relaxing environment and we hope you enjoy it and return with your friends many times.

Cancellations.
Cancellation Policy:
*Administration fee of $10 applies to all cancellations
* If you have to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible.
* We will not charge a cancellation fee if we are able to re-book your dates and these are paid in full.
* No cancellation fee will be charged if we are notified 30 days prior to
your arrival.
* If cancellation occurs between 14-29 days prior to your arrival date, a
cancellation fee equal to 10% of the value of the booking may apply.
* If cancellation occurs less then 14 days prior to your arrival date, a
cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the booking may apply.
* If cancellation occurs less than 1 week prior to your date of arrival,
or if you fail to arrive, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full value of
the accommodation booking may apply.
