Located approx. 25km\'s upstream from Mannum, this brand new river front house on a very secluded part of the river offers lush green lawns to rivers edge a large private jetty and ski beach making the property an ideal destination for all water sports enthusiasts.
The home offers a bright and modern kitchen with full facilities including stainless steel appliances, gas hotplates, dishwasher, 2 x fridge freezers, large dining room and living area that take in the the views of the relaxing river scenery. Sliding doors lead out on to either the upstairs balcony and entertaining and BBQ area or downstairs to the paved patio area which is an ideal spot to relax and unwind after a busy day on the river.

Featuring four bedrooms (3 x double beds and 2 x bunk beds) which sleeps 10. 2 x separate toilets and bathroom, downstairs games/rumpus room and laundry. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, 2 x televisions with DVD players, portable stereo and many more luxuaries making for a perfect holiday for families on the River Murray.
