The house consists of a King Size room with a private balcony, a Twin single room and a bathroom and Toilet upstairs. The ground floor has a Queen size room and a Twin single room plus a Bathroom with Bath and Toilet, with all linen and towels supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, a dinning room to seat 8 people and a very cosy lounge with wood fire ( wood suppied ) T.V and D.V.D and sterio. The front al-fresco area has a magnificant view of the dam and forrest.

Local Attractions

The property is only a few minutes walk to the town centre, for shopping, cafes, post office and local hotel and restaurants.
There is Gloucester Tree, Big Brook Dam, Trout Fishing, Wineries, Arts and Crafts, walking tracks and much more with in a few minutes drive.
Pemberton is the heart of the south west, with Margret River only just over an hours drive away and Walpole, Denmark and Albany all with in a 2 hour drive.

Approx 300m past this is a railway crossing
Turn right here at Golf Links Rd
The driveway to Petit Valley is 50m down on your right.
Sign on Driveway.
PLEASE NOTE Golf Links Rd is a loop road, please do not turn right at the first entrance, wait until the railway crossing

WHEN COMING FROM MARGRET RIVER SIDE ( WEST ):

Drive through Pemberton main St,
Go past the B.P Petrol Garage on the right
Over the railway crossing
Turn left immediately into Golf Links Rd
The driveway to Petit Valley is 50m down on the right, sign in the driveway
