Luxury apartment featuring all the comforts you would expect from a LUXURY RESORT. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spa bath and 3 showers. King bed to ensuite and 2 single beds in each of the remaining bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a futon to accomodate a 7th person. This is a privately managed rental apartment situated within Grand Mercure Apartments Busselton, on the Geographe Bay coastline.
4 TV's with Foxtel, DVD and Video players, stereo system with mp3 plug, R/C aircon throughout, full kitchen with full sized appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Private courtyard with 4 burner BBQ and 6 seater outdoor setting.
All linnen supplied, including pool towels if required. There is a mini Supermarket within 200 meters of the Resort for grocery supplies.
Beach entry to the resort is approximately 80 metres from the beach.
Onsite parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

CLEANING
Please note that there is a cleaning fee of $130 per stay. It is a once off charge irrespective of the length of your stay.This fee is for linen exchange and actual cleaning of the unit. There are additional cleaning charges if the unit is not left in a clean & tidy condition upon vacating. Additional cleans are available for longer stays, at an additional cost, if required.
SECURITY BOND
Please note that there is a $500 refundable security bond payable. This will be refunded within 7 days of vacating. "Reasonable" breakages are not charged for,so please report any breakages that may occur so that we can ensure that the next guests do not go short of anything.

Wonderful accommodation for all ages. This unit had everything and was very comfortable. We will stay there again and will recommend highly. The complex had it all , 4 pools and access to the beach and the beach Bar/Cafe next door for morning coffee and evening aperitivo. Fantastic. Two mums, 4 kids, school holidays - what a perfect break we had at this lovely apartment. Kids loved the facilities for them, mums loved the tranquility. Even though the resort was busy,it was very quiet. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and booking was a breeze. Will definitely stay again. Thanks.

Five of us stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, well decorated and had all of the luxuries we needed for a relaxing stay. the complex was great, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, tennis courts and a games room. Easy access to the beach. Loved it!

What a wonderful place, clean and comfortable and a something to suit everyone. Stayed with 5 girls, one loved the gym room, another loved the beach and all of us loved the pool, spa and the beach bar and restaurant next door that had live music on the sunday night. Will definately be back.

Had a fantastic and highly relaxing visit. Apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. Great comfortable beds and lovely gardens. The visiting possums, blue wrens and bobtail lizards were icing on the cake. Owners are excellent to deal with and resort staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is brilliant, close to pool and not far from the beach. We took advantage of all resort facilities. Loved it, loved it, loved it! We shall be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment. It exceeded our expectation. The location is perfect with a supermarket and food-court just next door. Being Muslims, we were pleasantly surprised that there is a halal restaurant at the food-court serving delicious Asian and Western dishes. When we get home, we will certainly recommend your apartment to our friends if they plan to visit here.

Stayed only three day's (unfortunately) with my Malaysian family and we were all very impressed with the resort facilities(caters for all age groups), the suite itself(very comfortable, spacious and just like home) and the staff(very professional, helpful and pleasant). Our thanks to the owners also for the personal and efficient booking procedure. All in all a wonderful experience that will be recommended. Be there again soon we hope!

Great place to stay! Lovely, comfortable, spacious & clean accommodation-especially the comfy beds & the ensuite spa. Fantastic for teenagers with plenty to do in the apartment such as TV, Foxtel, DVD players & in-house movies. Plenty to do outside as well with great resort facilities and right on the beach. Fabulous location close to wineries and great places such as Dunsborough & Margaret River. Will definitely book again if heading to WA's South West.

This accomodation is simply outstanding! Our family enjoyed th best holiday so far...the location is so central to Margaret River and surrounding areas, allowing easy day trip for families with yound children. The apartment itself was just lovely, so spacious, comfortable and it was just everything and more that the pictures showed. Our daughters loved all the resort facilities, as it provided activities for them even in the wet weather. If we are ever in the area again we will definately stay here again!

We had a fantastic holiday, and would stay again at this accommodation. The kids loved both the pools and spa. The other facilities at the resort are fantastic. Sitting as a family in the shade of the pergola, eating a BBQ just cooked was magic. The nearby restaurant and beach front provided great meals and nightly walks. The accommodation has a number of local attractions within a short distance that we enjoyed.

We had 6 of us stay in the property and it was just magic. The apartment itself was very clean and modern, with TV's everywhere. It was lovely to sit outside and have a BBQ. The pool facilities were world class and it was just a short stroll down to the beach and several restaurant options. Would definitely stay again!!

I found this to be one of the best location and maintained establishment I have stayed at. The staff were great, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was spacious, well taken care of and suited my every need. I would recommend this location and apartment to anyone who wants a worry free location down the South West.
