What a perfect position for a relaxing holiday at Sanctuary Cove. The home is on the main river with a swimming pool bbq, and jetty for fishing. Perfect for entertaining. Privacy assured with no neighbours to look at, only spectacular waterways. This 4brm, 2 bathroom home has been newly furnished and can accommodate 12 people. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with double lower bunks and single bunk beds to upper. There is also two plasma t.v.\'s, Austar, a dvd player and Nintendo wii for entertainment. Only a short buggy drive to the restaurants, cafe\'s, tavern, movie theatre, boutique shops, newsagency, world renouned Golf Courses of Sanctuary Cove. There is a $50.00 fee charged by Sanctuary Cove Security Office for checking into the Resort. This is paid for by the tenant and will be included in your tarriff.
Approx. 5 minutes drive to Movieworld/ Dreamworld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular, Whitewater World. 10 minutes to the Helensvale train station, Westfield Shopping Centre and the famous Harbourtown Shopping Outlet with brand name shops at discounted prices.
Coolangatta Airport is approx. 35 minutes drive and Brisbane Airport is 40 minutes away
