Wake up at "Away in the Bay" and stroll across the road to the delightfully sheltered waters of Geographe Bay or take the three minute walk into town for coffee at one of the coffee shops or cafes. Try the famous local bakery or you may prefer to self cater and sit on the upstairs balcony, the front courtyard or beside the potbelly stove and gaze at the sea or spot a dolphin or two.
This location has it all for all seasons and is a convenient base for exploring the Margaret River region's many wineries and beaches. The nearby area specialises in chocolate, icecream, cheese and olives for the 'Foodies' and offers golf, snorkelling, surfing and diving for the more energetic - take your pick!
A feature of the villa is its capacity to accomodate a group of up to 6 people while remaining a cosy proposition for 2,4 or the family.

This is a real 'home away from home'. It is so comfortable and welcoming with amazing views of the ocean from almost every room. It was immaculately cleaned and the brand new bathroom was wonderful. The kitchen is so well equipped and all appliances were great. We can't wait to stay here again, thank you so much.

Fabulous location, fully equipped with everything we needed. Could not get closer to the beach and still be that close to town.

Even better than it appeared online. We stayed there with five adults. It was perfect for what we wanted and we could easily have fit 2-3 more people if required. Three big bedrooms upstairs, two toilets, two showers (one was outside) and everything we needed in the way of cookware etc. We walked to town each day for supplies. Beautifully decorated too, with a lovely view across the beach and great to just walk across the road and go for a run/swim. No dramas with the owners/agents either, they were helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Away in the Bay. The house was very clean; in particular, the bathroom was sparkling clean and seemed to have been renovated not long time ago. We also loved the outside shower to clean our sandy body after spending some time on the beach right in front of the house. We had a really relaxing and comfortable time and will definitely come back to stay again.

Such a lovely beach house in a perfect location, right on the beach with beautiful views.
Very well equipped holiday house, ideal for our family with three good sized bedrooms and very comfy beds.
Smart new white bathroom with double shower up-stairs, down stairs toilet off the laundry and a fabulous outside shower which we loved - so quirky!
Open plan sitting room, dining room and well equipped kitchen, plenty of space, comfy sofa's, and front garden with large table, chairs and barbecue overlooking the waters of Geographe Bay.
Coffee shops, bars and all the delights of Dunsborough right around the corner.
See you again soon.

Excellent for families. Cheerful and very comfortable house. Literally a hop skip and jump across to the tranquil waters of Geographe Bay and a 5-8 minute walk to shops, restaurants & cafes. An easy 20-30 minute drive away from the best wineries and most of the other attarctions (farms, breweries, surfing beaches)
Well equipped with everything you need to self-cater (could do with newer pots & pans though).
2 toilets but just one shower bath may be a slight inconvenience for large families.
We loved it and would stay here if we visited again !

Can't ask for a better place. How many places can boast a view of the Indian Ocean, right from the house? It's only a minute's walk to Geographe Bay so you can practically walk there in your swimsuit. And it's also a 5-minute walk to the town centre which has everything you'll need on a vacation. There's also an excellent BBQ pit on the front porch so you can choose between indoor or outdoor cooking ... or not at all, since the shops are great too. Would love to come back again.
