PLEASE NOTE: This property is brand new to our portfolio and we haven't had it photographed yet. The property is so similar to our other property Sandy Haven C that we have used some these photos to represent to you how Sandy Breeze will look. There will be some differences in the style and colour of fixtures and furnishings, but the location, type of property and fit out is so similar that you can be assured that these photos are a good representation of Sandy Breeze 2.

Sandy Breeze 2 offers cheerful, serviced accommodation on a quiet street with the convenience 3 lovely bedrooms, all with quality bedding. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed plus ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have spacious king sized beds in each and one or both beds can be split to provide 2 singles if preferred. There main family bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has Ceasarstone worktops, quality appliances and generous drawer and cupboard space and the laundry is conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer. Relax in the comfortable lounge with contemporary leather couches plus wide screen TV with Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player, stereo/CD system and Wireless internet included for your convenience. The property offers reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area to keep you comfortable in summer.

Outside there is a secure back courtyard where your pets can roam safely, including outdoor table and chairs for relaxed meals cooked on a gas barbecue. There is a garage available for one small - meduim sized car and plenty of unrestricted on street parking available as well.

Sandy Breeze 2 is also ideal short stay holiday accommodation for your next visit to Melbourne as it is just a short stroll fromt the beach.

We have 2 lovely properties at the same address; Sandy Breeze 2 and Sandy Breeze 3. These properties provide unique flexibility for 2 families wanting to be close to each other whilst retaining their own space. Alternatively, either property on its own provides very comfortable accommodation.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
