Lovely house with comfortable spacious rooms. Close to Lorne without being too close. The kids loved the games and books and the trampoline.

The house waa homely and comfortable and the gardens magnificent. The kids loved rowing about the dam and the selection of toys and games made for pleasant evenings in front of the fire.My in-laws felt extremely comfortable and were able to relax into a lovely holiday only minutes from Lorne.

Otway Mud Brick was a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. A great escape from busy city life. Perfect for a family. We all loved the gorgeous lake, with the row boat and jetty. It was fun collecting kindling, making fires, toasting marshmallows and damper. The trampoline and rope swing were a bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Sally

We stayed for a week in the Otway Mud Brick House and wished we could stay forever. The forest setting for the house is beautiful, a wonderful afternoon parade of birdlife every day makes it a very special place in the world. As a family holiday location it was a perfect place to spend our days and nights playing boardgames with our children and cooking up sumptuous family meals every night in the kitchen. We certainly plan to come back again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was so cosy, with every last detail thought of. Our 2 year old daughter loved the tyre swing, trampoline and row boat on the lily covered dam.
Short drive to Lorne, meant we could duck in for some fun on the beach and duck out again when we wanted the peace and tranquility of the house up in the otway ranges.
Will definitely be back again, it was like a home away from home! Thank you.

We spent a fabulous Easter here with friends. House was beautiful and comfy and outside was just gorgeous. Cooked up big meals, drank some wine and loved every moment. House is big enough for two families and the kids enjoyed the swings, rowing and the trampoline.
Close enough to lorne to pop in but then to run away from the madness. Cannot wait to go back. Perfect summer or winter

The photos on the website did not do this house justice! It was so warm and cosy and had all the little things that make a home comfortable. From the well equipped kitchen and stocked pantry to plenty of logs for the fire.
The property itself was beautifully maintained and I partcularly enjoyed eating fresh veggies from the garden! This place is a bargain- we'll be back for a visit for sure.

I would highly recommend staying at your property. It's absolutely beautiful inside and out. It's nice to kick back in front of a fire and having a few drinks, nice food and nice company on your little paradise for the weekend.

The Mud Brick house was exactly what we, as a family with 3 children from 8 yo down, were looking for. Lorne and the beach were easily accessible but the location of the house meant we were away from the mayhem that is Lorne during the Christmas holidays.
The house itself is very comfortable and accommodating and the setting is superb. Our 2 week stay was brilliant! We would love to rent this house again and have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a place to rent in this area.

We had a fabulous time at Otway Mud Brick. It was close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough away to feel like we were 'getting away from it all'. There was plenty to entertain ourselves and the kids and the house was lovely and cool on some very hot days. We would definitely go back!

A really comfortable place to stay, close to everything we wanted to do along the great ocean road, great waterfalls nearby and close enough to get up to Melbourne for a weekend. Lots of space inside and around the house and a lake and boat to boot!

We absolutely loved our stay at Otway Mud Brick. The house is beautiful and full of character. There were five of us but it could easily sleep 8. Despite torrential rain at the time of our visit, we happily entertained ourselves with books, board games and dvds before the fire. The beds were comfortable and everything was just right. Thanks so much!
