The striking freestanding A-framed chalets create a personal canopy in a completely natural environment. Reflecting the best in contemporary tropical design, each chalet consists of a living/dining area, designer kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, separate laundry and a loft-style bedroom. High ceilings add to the wonderful feeling of space and freedom.
The front verandah enjoys views of the lagoon pool and large landscaped area, while also being screened by native plants for more privacy. Different external colour themes, that take their inspiration from the National park backdrop, add an extra flourish of individuality.
Framing the creek, a canopy of mature trees greet the eye. Driving over the bridge to the shady car park, the lush green vista continues to unfold before you.
On a beautiful landscaped site, is a huddle of just 13 A-frame chalets. Holding centre stage is the stunning lagoon style pool, which can be glimpsed from the privacy of every verandah.
The rest of canopy is devoted to a large grass barbecue area and native trees and shrubs - just the way nature intended.
Magnetic harbour, Marina village and the ferry terminal are all less than a kilometre away.
The allure of the palm-fringed beach is just a 400 metre stroll down the road.
Shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.
Canopy reflects the warm, all embracing natural charm of Magnetic Island. Tropical scents and Rainbow Lorikeets fill the air. Above all, this is "Maggie" at her glorious best.
