I, (Jan) am the owner and operator of Mermaid Oasis and live on the Gold Coast. I will never request funds to be sent overseas and you will always be speaking to me regarding my property.
"MERMAID OASIS" IS A FAMILY HOME AND DOES NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR PARTIES OR GROUPS OF YOUNG ADULTS. This is not a "party house". If you book my home under false pretences, you will forfit your bond.
My home is run by me, the owner - not through a third party or a real estate office.
Mermaid Oasis is in a quiet residential area in the heart of the Gold Coast.
I take great pride in keeping my home of the highest standard at all times. Renovated to all the modern comforts of today with flair in mind.

My home features
BABY - Port-a-cot, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge.
BEDROOMS - Four bedrooms
Main Bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, walk in robe, air-conditioned.
2nd and 3rd Bedroom has queen size beds with built in robes and fan.
4th Bedroom (Kids Bedroom) has a queen bed, a king single and a trundle, air conditioned and fan with built in cupboard. There is also an assortment of toys for the children.
BATHROOMS - Two bathrooms, main bathroom and ensuite.
LIVING AREAS - There are two in house living areas that can be divided with glass doors - one lounge for the children with their own TV, vidio recorder and books for both adults and children and the main lounge for the adults is air conditioned and also has a TV and video recorder.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING - A wonderful under roof alfresco outdoor entertaining area with BBQ overlooking a salt water decked pool where parents can keep a close watch on their children surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens.
KITCHEN - A gourmet open plan kitchen with quality appliances and outdoor servery perfect for entertaining. Kitchen includes a double gas oven and gas cook tops with a solid hot plate, perfect for any chef.
LAUNDRY - Large washing machine and dryer.
LINEN - I supply all pillows, linen, bath and beach towels - nothing for you to bring.
THREE CAR ACCOMMODATION.
This beautiful home has only the best quality furniture, linen, televisions etc - ready for our guests to take in the beautiful surrounds this home has to offer.
My home is perfectly suited to accomodate two families of up to 10 people.
BUS STOP - Is only a minutes walk, so extremely handy to our home.
"MERMAID OASIS" oozes style, flair, lifestyle and position. Privacy and security is assured amongst the four walls. Fully fenced yard for the kids to play freely and saftely.
LOCATION - Central location close to popular surf beaches and surf clubs, Jupiters Casino, major shopping centres, cafes, restaurants and theme parks.
BEACHES - Beaches are close by, approximately 3 minutes drive.
THEME PARKS - Mermaid Oasis is approximately a 20 minute drive to all theme parks, which include - Wet'n'Wild, Outback Spectacular (highly recommended), Movie World, Dreamworld and Sea World.
SUNS AFL FOOTBALL STADIUM (Metricon Stadium) - 5 minutes drive to this new facility.
GOLD COAST CONVENTION CENTRE - Approximately 5 minutes drive.
JUPITERS GOLD COAST CASINO - Approximately 3 minutes drive.
GOLD COAST HINTERLAND - The Gold Coast Hinterland is made up of the spectacular McPherson Range which offers plenty of walking trails and some truly amazing scenery. The Hinterland also features a host of wildlife. Tamborine Mountain is a must to visit as is Sringbrook National Park and Lamington National Park. The Hinterland also features some fabulous boutique wineries where you can taste delicious wines and exquisite food.
SHOPPING
Close to three major shopping centres - Pacific Fair, Robina Town Centre and Q Super Centre.
Robina Town Centre is approximately 5 minutes drive. This is the future CBD of the Gold Coast and also one of the best shopping centres in the Southern Hemisphere featuring both Myers & David Jones as well as a wide selection of shops, dining, cinemas and entertainment. We are also approximately 3 minutes to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre at Broadbeach. The Q Super Centre is the perfect shopping centre for groceries, coffee, restaurants etc and only a couple of minutes drive. Here you will find 3 supermarkets, 40 speciality shops, MacDonalds, Subway plus many more.
CARRARA MARKETS - Visitors to this enormously popular Treasure Trove can browse in a relaxed market atmosphere and an environment where individuals and families can spend a couple of hours or a whole day searching for bargains, have a meal, be entertained and generally have a great day. Approximately a 5 minute drive.
AIRPORTS - Gold Coast is approximately a 20 minute drive and Brisbane Airport approximately an hours drive.

A cleaning fee will be applied for stays 3 nights and under. Minimum 2 night stay is $800.00
