LOCATION: Two minutes walk from Town Beach, the most popular beach in Port Macquarie. Ten minutes walk from the main street, shopping centre and restaurants.
LAYOUT: Living room opening onto front balcony. Kitchen opening onto rear balcony. Hallway. Front bedroom, bathroom and rear bedroom.
FEATURES: Linen, towels, basic pantry needs supplied.
Two double bedrooms, each with queen size beds. Bathroom has shower, toilet but no bath. New TV with HDMI Two comfortable leather sofas.
Dining table and four chairs. Patio setting on balcony.

ATMOSPHERE: Tranquil block, quiet neighbours.
TEMPERATURE: Port Macquarie enjoys the most temperate climate in New South Wales. The apartment is located on the east/north side of the building and gets fresh sea breezes, so there is no need for air conditioning. Fans or heaters are available on request.
SERVICE: Apartment is cleaned and beds are freshly made after each stay. Linen and towels supplied. Extra cleaning or ironing can be supplied for an extra fee. Clothes can be dried on lines on sunny balcony or on clothesline at rear of building.
BEACHES
Life guards are on duty at Town Beach throughout the summer months.
WALKS
From Town Beach take the coastal walk as far as Nobbys Beach or right into the centre of Port Macquarie.
LAP SWIMMING
Heated council pools are only 10 minutes away on foot.
SIGHTSEEING
There is an extensive network of nature reserves in the area, vineyards, tours on land and sea. Camel rides. River cruises.
SPORT
Golf course,Fabulous fishing.
EATERIES
There are many restaurants and cafes on the water front around Town Green.
CULTURE
The stunning new GlassHouse has regular art exhibitions and live threatre. The Players Theatre (5 minutes from the front door) is so popular with the locals that it is often booked out. There is a museum, art galleries, a cinema.
SHOPPING
Ten minutes walk to Main street shopping with all the usual chain stores located centrally in the CBD Settlement City.
