Position Perfect. Overlooking the ocean and pristine beaches of Cabarita. If you are after ocean views that stretch forever then this is the perfect holiday destination for you. So close to the Gold Coast and yet this seaside town of Cabarita feels like a world away. The unit sits on a beachfront site and headland, surf club 50 metres away, restaurant/bar in complex and shops all around. Watch the waves and whales from your own private deck with bbq, a great place to sit and watch the sunrise.sunset. This is all about relaxation. If you are after action then the Gold Coast is 15-20 minutes away.
The luxurious 3 brm unit has 2 bathrooms and a powder room. There is a fantastic kitchen fully equiped with Miele appliances. The unit is fully self contained so you can eat in. This unit is on the 1st floor, we do also have units available on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

There is Austar, dvd player with dvd's, Pay tv. for entertainment and a kids club available in holidays.
The unit has one king bedroom suite, 1 x Queen, 2 x single beds, sleeping a total of 6 persons. We have 16 beachfront units to chose from, 1st, 2nd and 3rd level.
There are intimate terraced pools, featuring cold and warm pools, spa and swim up bar area. There is also private sundecks on the various levels with lush surroundings.

At the Beach Resort their is a Bar & Grill Restaurant, gymnasium, kids club during school holidays, and bottleshop on site.
There are also two security carparks which belong to the unit.

Prices start from $1,790 per week on special for any low season week in 2011/2012.
Minimum of 2 night stays.
$380 per night low season, min of 2 nights.
$475 per night shoulder season, min of 2 nights.
$615 per night high season, min of 4 nights.
Longer stays receive a discount.

Deposit can be paid by matercard/visa or direct deposit and will go into a trust account.
A bond is not necessary, a swipe of a credit card is sufficient on check in. Reception is open 7 days per week 9am to 5pm.
