We are a Licenced Holiday House with the Gold Coast City Council and hold an ABN number, so your booking is secure and you WILL NOT be mucked around - unlike with the players in the market who throw some cheap furniture in a house that they can't sell. Then if it does sell- you are out in the cold with everything else suitable booked because of the late notice and worst still, you could hold paid and usually non-refundable airfares!!!!
This is what is happening currently on the Gold Coast with all the temporary holiday lets while the house is on the market. Check first before booking! - Ask if they have a licence and ABN number. Also check the email address from your correspondence with agents/owners because professional businesses have paid email accounts like BIGPOND, iinet, dodo, xtra, slingshot, paradise etc and NOT Hotmail, Yahoo, Live or Gmail accounts - which are free and anyone can set up. Unfortunately we live in a world of scammers- so be vigilant and do not send money to the UK!

Your choice of 4 Golf Courses and the popular Carrara Markets are just around the corner by car, or enjoy the 15 minute walk. For the children all the major Theme parks are15 to 30 minutes away. Sea world is 15 min and Dream & White Water world is 30min, with Movie world and Wet n Wild in between.

The Master Bedroom or 'Parents Retreat' has a King bed, dressing room/study, walk in wardrobe and fabulous ensuite with a double shower. Plus amazing views of the River from your bed and doors that opens onto a large timber deck.
The second guest wing has a queen bed and its own ensuite, with direct outdoor access. The third, forth and 5th bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a large shower and twin sinks.
The third bedroom has pool views, two singles with mirrored built-in robes, the fourth bedroom has direct out door access and two king single beds and built-in mirrored robes.
New 5th bedroom, is a stand-a-lone room which has a Queen bed, pool views and its own powder room. (toilet and basin)
A Complete baby package is also available for a small fee. Porta cot(s) mattress, linen, highchair, potty, baby monitors and stroller.
The chefs gourmet kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, including an induction hob, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, stone benches, twin sinks with an insinkerator and a double door fridge freezer with filtered water and ice maker. The separate laundry has an extra fridge-freezer to keep those beers cold and wines chilled.
Fabulous alfresco dinning, is made easy with a BBQ, 10 seater wooden outdoor setting both located on the extra large timber deck, with views across Main River, which all leads off the huge main living area.
A stunning entry leads to an immaculate open-plan living area, with floor tiles and high ceilings. It contains a large 8 seater leather lounge, dining table with 8 chairs and a 50 inch plasma on the wall.
The media area has a 42 inch plasma, DVD player, Xbox 360 - selection of games and DVD movies. Plus a comfortable lounge.
The laundry is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron & board

This house is a Full time holiday Rental and has been on the holiday market successfully for nearly two years. We are fully licenced by the Gold Coast City Council and uphold all their safety regulations.
We are professional holiday home owners who are also members of the Holiday Owners Group on the Gold Coast - And NOT agents. Our Pools are certified for safety and we have Fire exit plans in every holiday home.
We give outstanding service - with no office hours - from your initial enquiry through to the end of your stay with us. In brief - we care!
