The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other 2 single beds, bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer, well equipped kitchen with new dishwasher and stove, open plan living downstairs, including stereo with I Pod Dock, where you can curl up on the luxurious sofas bathing in abundant sunlight. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine entertainment area with a 3/4 size slate pool table, bar, desk, television area and large balcony.

The separtate self contained area (accessible through garage) has one large bedroom with queen bed, one single bunk bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. The other large area has a queen bed, a single trundle a kitchenette, TV, DVD and wood heater. Linen supplied for GP Weekend, can be provided for interstate and overseas visitors or on request for an extra cost.

The property has ample storage and is immaculately furnished in coastal, neutral tones. Extremely relaxed atmosphere with bikes and sporting equipment supplied for those that need a bit more activity. Within 15 mins walk to Cowes and the golf course almost over the back fence it provides a mixture of relaxation and entertainment for both long stays and weekend retreats. Shuttle bus runs for special events 2 min walk away.
