Relax and experience a wonderful break from sunrise to sunset in this brand new, executive holiday residence. The caffe doors upstairs open out to a large balcony allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining whilst admiring spectacular views of the ocean and the Bluff.
The home boasts two separate living areas,large open plan kitchen,dining and lounge and has been tastefully decorated with quality modern furniture. The lounge area has two comfortable leather couches and an entertainment unit with a brand new plasma TV, surround sound and DVD player.
There is also a second TV in the living area downstairs. The modular lounge located downstairs opens out to a double sofa bed and this room can be utilised as a 4th bedroom if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances allowing you to enjoy a stress free holiday with all the commodities you need.
The main bedroom has a beautiful, modern ensuite with a large spa bath for you to relax and unwind in. All bedrooms have brand new beds,continental quilts, pillows and built in robes. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. Situated only a short stroll to the beach and close to many facilities this holiday home will suit couples, groups and families alike who wish to enjoy the ambience of a coastal getaway.
