"The Retreat" at Patchs

Description

The 2 level house is fully renovated. The upper level consists of the main king size air conditioned bedroom with ensuite and a second bedroom with two king singles and baby facilities. A sun deck surrounds the upper level. A third bedroom and bathroom is situated on the lower level. The kitchen, with fridge and microwave, lounge, dining and access to main deck is also located on the lower level along with BBQ facilities.

A TV and a DVD player are located in both the main bedroom and in the lounge area.

A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is located off the garage area.

The yard is fully fenced and is child and pet friendly.

A relaxing beach holiday can be had at Patchs Beach and with Ballina only a short ferry ride away, local shops, pubs and restaurants can also be enjoyed.

Locality

Patchs Beach is located 15 minutes south of Ballina and 5 minutes from the local township of Wardell.

This area is a popular seaside getaway for the weekend or family holiday particularly as it is only just over 2 hours from Brisbane.

It is famous for its ocean and river fishing with full 4WD access only 100 metres from the house.

Patchs Beach is a well kept secret - A truely relaxing beach holiday on a simply stunning beach.

Sleeping Configuration

The property sleeps up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms. The configuration is a queen with ensuite, queen and two king singles in the third bedroom. A portacot is also available should this be required for infants.

There are pillows and doonas on all beds. Linen is avaiable at an additional cost.

Minimum booking length is 3 nights.

Pricing is outlined below per week with the exception of the long weekend rate.
