House Retreat is the ideal family holiday home situated in a safe and serene environment. The beach is at your front door and there is plenty of bikeways and parks to enjoy.

Upstairs you will find a peaceful, spacious, light filled lounge room with large plasma, dvd, stereo and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, balcony and large walk in wardrobe. The queen bedroom faces towards the beach off the lounge area to catch the afternoon breeze. The bathroom has a large bathtub, shower and seperate toilet. There is also a dining area which can seat up to 10 around an antique balinese table.
The loungeroom opens up to a sheltered verandah equipped with a gas barbeque and eating area. Sit back with a cold drink in the afternoon after a hard day at the beach!!
There is also a viewing tower above the verandah. Watch the sun go down over Mount Warning or great for stargazing.

Downstairs is a kids retreat with large plasma,dvd, bean bags, sofa bed, kitchen, fridge, ping pong table and dart board. There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and trundle bed and another has bunk beds and single bed with another trundle. There is a large bathroom, well equipped laundry and outdoor hot shower for when you return from a great day at the beach. The house is fully fenced for young children.
However we do not allow pets or loud parties as this is a residential neighbourhood.

Your Perfect Holiday Retreat

This really is the ideal family holiday home with direct access to the beach, kilometres of walkways and bikeways. We are fortunate to have a flagged and patrolled area during the Christmas school holidays and summer weekends just 50 metres away.

Walk along the beach to Cabarita or up to the headland for amazing views especially during whale watching season. Stop for a coffee or lunch on your way back or perhaps have a surf at one of the more popular surf breaks. If you prefer to be pampered its only a short drive or beach walk to Salt where you will find the Golden Door day spa, excellent restaurants including award winning finns seafood,an Italian restaurant, salt bar, coffee shops and fashion stores. The sandbar restaurant and takeaway is only a few streets away and has just reopened Sept 2010 with a new menu.It is open for dinner on weekends or perfect to pick up the morning paper and espresso 7 days a week. If you feel like taking a drive, Kingscliff is only 10 minutes away by car where you will find more restaurants,woolworths, specialty stores,chemist, boutiques, surf shops and giftware stores or for the more adventurous Byron Bay is only 30 minutes away. Casuarina Recreation Club is just around the corner where you can hire bikes and use the club with a casual membership fee.

The kids will be perfectly entertained at 'House Retreat' with safe areas to ride their bikes and skateboards. Grab your towel, head straight down the beach which is right at your front door and enjoy all that Casuarina beach has to offer!
