This sunny and spacious second / top floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and open plan living arrangements; with plenty of room for up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), two living areas and gorgeous views from the east facing balcony allows you to relax, listen to the waves with all the comforts of home.

The homely setting of the unit is further enhanced with a common laundry provided and undercover parking available for one car. The apartment includes a TV, DVD player, clothes dryer, reverse cycle Air Conditioner and common BBQ area.

Just a 2 hour drive south of Sydney, the beautiful seaside town of Kiama offers such popular attractions as The Kiama Blowhole, Jamberoo Action Park and Minnamurra Rainforest.

Local markets, nearby wineries, popular beaches and great fishing spots make the delightful South Coast a wonderful holiday destination.

The property sleeps a maximum of 6 people and the bedding configuration is:

Please Note

For all bookings 50% of the tariff plus an administration fee of $25.00 is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within 48 hours from the date the booking is made.

A guest registration form must be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address as well as credit card details.

Bond payments are processed through pre-authorised transaction. The morning of arrival the Bond will be processed via a credit card hold of $500.00. After the property is checked and found to be in good condition, the Bond will be released. If credit card details cannot be supplied, a $500.00 CASH Bond is payable. Any refund of Bond will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
