Description
These 2 modern, 3 level, well appointed inner city townhouses, can sleep approx 6 to 12 adults when booking both together and up to 18 people including children sharing. You can however just book one.
For family groups in particular they have more space and the comforts of home to make it easier for a relaxing holiday. Of course 2 family groups (or if booking both townhouses up to 4 family groups) help make it a very affordable and homely accommodation.

Designed by an eccentric Finnish architect unusual angles and unique features make City Treetops very interesting. Great sweeping mountain views, large decks, private courtyards and high ceilings means you won't feel squished in our townhouses.
City Treetops has outstanding & very quintessential Brisbane views of Red Hill, Mount Coot-tha & beyond to Mount Glorious.
This magnificent backdrop dominates views from the decks, living rooms, and main bedrooms yet only approx 2.5 kms to Brisbane city, or if your feeling fit a 30 to 40 minute walk. In addition, Red Hill boasts very good and easy bus access into the city and from there buses to anywhere in Brisbane.
These townhouses are walking distance (top of the hill) to the heart of Historic Paddington known for its fashionable shops, cafés and art galleries! And if you love antiques come and explore some fantastic bargains to be had. The Bronco's Leagues Club and Suncorp Stadium are both within walking distance. Or why not enjoy a fully gassed BBQ and take advantage of the views!
Bush walking or scenic driving all just 5-10 minutes drive away. Bike ways, pubs, South bank, plus much more. City Treetops, is perfect for families, friends and couples, and your dog!! All welcome. Strictly no smoking inside the house or decks though.
Rent out just one townhouse OR if your Brisbane family doesn't have enough room for all of you to sleep why not rent both!,.City Treetops will be perfect if you have a family event such as a wedding, or reunion to go to close by. However we are NOT a venue we are only an accommodation place, and family events at the house are not allowed.
Dogs are welcome, We charge $25 each pet per stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Both townhouses have 3 levels with 2 large bedrooms PLUS a Large 3rd room (we call it the "secret dungeon room" as it comes off the 2nd bedroom and is perfect for the kids.
-1st Bedroom on the top floor has air conditioning.
-2nd Bedroom on the ground floor with the 3rd room coming off it, has fans
You can however just book one townhouse and even with 2 family groups sharing one you wont feel squished because with the 3 levels there is lots of space.

There are en suites off 2 bedrooms (no bath) with a 3rd toilet on the middle level.

Extra Child: $15 / Night
Min Stay: 3 nights except during holidays please check 2 night stayz can be possible depending on bookings please ask.
Max Stay: 59 nights
Property Sleeps: Approx up to 18 people (Adults with children) when booking both townhouses.

We can accept some 2 night booking, however conditions apply, just ask us and we can let you know. WHEN BOOKING BOTH TOWN HOUSES WE CAN SLEEP UP TO 18 to 20 (SHARING) only 12 adults the rest must be kids We are unable to accept bookings finishing/Starting on Christmas day/eve, New years day/eve
