With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for couples wishing to enjoy the attractions of the region in a modern luxurious home. The home has 2 master/ensuites - both ensuites feature double vanities, showers and baths. Both master bedrooms have TVs.
All 4 bedrooms have Queen Size beds and the third bathroom features double vanities, large shower and toilet.
Living/Dining and Kitchen areas feature reverse cycle air conditioning. All areas, including bedrooms and decking area have overhead fans.
All Accomodation is situated on the upper level.
This home is not suitable for families with small children.

Location
TREE VUES is located 5 minutes drive from beautiful Smiths Beach and also very close to the world famous Yallingup Beach. The House is located in a rural setting just 10 minutes from Dunsborough or 30 minutes from Margaret River. On the doorstep there are many famous wineries including Amberley, Rivendell and the newly built Duckstein Brewery, to name a few.
Gunyulgup Gallery is a short stroll away.
Attractions and Activities
Yallingup and its neighbours Margaret River and Dunsborough have some of the most beautiful coastlines in Australia. You can enjoy whale watching, sailing and fishing.
A more relaxing alternative is to visit the many wineries in the region to sample the local wines or enjoy lunch or dinner. There are many galleries featuring local arts & crafts. For nature enthusiasts enjoy the tranquil outdoor area while listening to the kookaburras in the surrounding trees.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
A Deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable, with a $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is made up to 1 month before the commencement of your booking and the property is re-rented. Any cancellation made up to two weeks prior to booking will incur a loss of 50% of the deposit. Any cancellation made after two weeks prior to the booking will incur a total loss of deposit.
Balance of payment, including the $500 bond is required 1 month prior to the commencement of your stay.
The $500 bond is refundable after a satisfactory property inspection.
