Great place to stay for a holiday or if attending a function with your family or friends as each bedroom has own ensuite, TV and fridge but you can get together in the Lounge/Dining area or on the covered deck.
Close to Jonahs, Mobys, The Boathouse etc at Whale or Palm Beach. Get in early as weekends get booked out!

In a tree lined street, just off Whale Beach Road.
2 Mins drive to either Whale Beach or North Avalon Beach
5 mins to Palm Beach (Summer Bay)
From only $210 (low season) - $400 a night for 3 bedroom house. Does operate also as Whale Beach Bed and Breakfast but popular as a Holiday Home with all 3 or 4 rooms booked out. Cheaper if longer stay required. Enquire now for December/January as get full due to reasonable rates for area.

We do have an extra room, 'The Garden Retreat' which can be booked with this property giving 4 ensuite bedrooms or can be booked separately. Photos for 'The Garden retreat' are at the end of photos. It can be pet friendly by arrangement.
Inclusions
Unique property with lovely 'beach' feel due to decor and furnishings, shell inlayed tables, beachy art etc.
All bedrooms have ensuites, Queen beds, fridge and TV. Lovely linen in each bedroom.
There is a light filled, welcoming Living/Dining/kitchen area leading on to covered deck. Plenty of crockery/cooking utensils etc. BBQ on covered deck. There is a microwave, hot plates, toaster etc but no oven at present so please discuss if wanting a full kitchen. We can provide a large gas bbq as well as small electric bbq.
Linen and towels are provided.Off street parking for up to 3 cars.
Also operates as Whale Beach B&B at certain times although is taken over as a 'Holiday Home' more often now. The owners do live at the rear of the property but have a separate entrance at back and their windows face out the back. Guests have total privacy booking the Holiday Home at the front but management is easily accessible if anything is needed.
Not suitable as a 'Party House' as it is in a residential area and on a beautiful tree lined street which links up with Whale Beach Road.
Location
Located on the cusp of Whale Beach/Nth Avalon just two min drive from the Beaches and the shores of Pittwater.
Beautiful coastal walks close by including Bangalley Headland a few minutes walk away and Barrenjoey Lighthouse at Palm Beach.
Ferry rides from Palm Beach to The Basin, Ettalong, Cottage Point etc.
Newport Arms not far away!
Great selection of restaurants at end of street just 4 minute walk away. Avalon village close by.
Bus to Sydney CBD only 4 mins walk away.
