The two storey contemporary home sits on a level block of land with access to Blueys Beach only a few metres from the front door.
The two floors were expertly designed, using a palette of soft white walls, Italian porcelain tiles, and recycled blackbutt. There is an amazing sense of space with 3 metre high ceilings and glass doors. The ground floor offers open plan living and dining, large european kitchen, separate media room, a bathroom/laundry and a powder room. The living area leads outside to an 8mx3m salt water pool and terrace and an undercover outdoor dining area. The five large bedrooms and two large bathrooms sit on the first floor.
