The cottage is set in spacious and natural acreage and is dog friendly with a fenced dog yard.
Ideally located for seclusion and yet on the main Lorne Road.
Wildlife, bush walking, food & wine trails, coastal escape, the Great Otway National Park the choice is yours!
The beautiful and world renown seaside town of Lorne is a short 15 minutes drive away.
ALSO WE CAN NOW OFFER THE RELEASE OF "THE NOOK"
at Pennyroyal but NO dogs - the free-range chooks dislike dogs! Check details on Stayz.
The cottage sleeps four people in comfort, with a Queen sized bed and second bedroom of two singles. All beds have Doonas and/or blankets and electric blankets.
A Portacot is available for hire - $25
Luxury linen, towels and toiletries are supplied.
A Wood Heater is complemented by reverse cycle air-conditioning, in the open plan living area. Ceiling Fan also.
The kitchen and fittings would satisfy an appreciative cook.
Ideally located 4 km from Deans Marsh and 18 km to Lorne.
From Melbourne you can choose from a beautiful Great Ocean Road drive via Lorne or via the newly-open Ring Road that by-passes Geelong and on to Winchelsea.
Centrally located to natural attractions and the Otway Fly.
The Great Ocean Road offers you the sea-change with glorious beaches and of course Lorne for cafes, restaurants, theatre and shops.
