On the rare occasion when you get that tropical storm you are treated for a small period to a fabulous mist that rises from the Ocean and the rainbows appear to embrace this extraordinary view.

For the ultimate in-house movie experience, lounge back and be entertained by the worlds leading entertainers in the 3 tiered theatrette. To keep your fitness in check be impressed by the professionally equipped gymnasium or enjoy a hit on the day/night tennis court, both guaranteeing views never offered by such sporting facilities.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All bedrooms are situated on the second floor allowing for peace and solitude. Each bedroom boasts its own private deck or balcony along with lounge-style seating to enjoy the views of the stars at night or the amazing sunrises.All bedrooms have ensuites.

Bedroom One....Suite with king bed, open plan en-suite with inside and outside shower, huge bubble bath, air-conditioning, lounge, TV, ceiling fan, walk in robe.

Bedroom Two and Three....Suite with king bed, en-suite with shower, deep soak bath, air-conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, walk in robe.

Bedroom Four....Suite with king-split bed, en-suite with shower, free-standing bath, air-conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, walk in robe.

Bedroom Five...Three single king beds. Bathroom, ceiling fan, minibar refrigerator, TV. Although attached to the house, please note this room is not suitable for younger children due to the separate entry (not directly accessible from inside the house).

We also understand you may have friends or asociates you may want involved that is fine subject to our terms and conditions all created to ensure your wedding day exceeds your expectations.

Please note there is a wedding day fee at the Villa which covers furniture relocation / insurance/ rubbish removal/ cleaning of the Villa after the event and furniture relocation.

Please Note: Please also note extra terms and conditions in holding your wedding at Villa Vivante are:

No parking for non-house guest cars / we organise mini bus transfers

Maximum 84 guests seated, 95 for cocktails/canapes (more if mutually agreed)

Wedding reception to be completed by midnight.

Must use the selected Wedding Co-ordinator she has two types of service full co-ordination or part.

An function charge of $1,000 for 35+ persons $1200 for 55+ persons $1500 for 75 + persons, negotiable for less than 35.

This charge is for Furniture relocation for wedding - Garbage removal/extra cleaning/public liability insurance limited to $10 million.

No outside external fires excluding Villa Vivante BBQ

No swimming in pool during or after reception until 6am the next morning

Fireworks permitted on approval

No Camping

When having your wedding at Villa Vivante you must book the Villa for a minimum 5 nights 1-3 days available conditions apply

We cater for up to approximately 70 - 84 guests and will consider more depending on the type of wedding you require.
