With 3 seperate pavillions the villa is perfect for four - five couples or two families looking to share the magic of a peaceful yet exciting getaway in this 5 bedroom Villa.
There is a 5 night min stay ... min 3 nights only are also available during the week Mon - Wed...not weekends..
You will be captivated when living in this beautiful space by the best sight lines, the view through the windows or arched passageways to an uninterrupted panorama, achieving a perfect compromise with nature. On the rare occasion when you get that tropical storm you are treated for a small period to a fabulous mist that rises from the Ocean with rainbows appearing to embrace this extraordinary view.
For the ultimate in-house movie experience, lounge back and be entertained by the worlds leading entertainers in the 3 tiered theatrette. To keep your fitness in check be impressed by the professionally equipped gymnasium or enjoy a hit on the day/night tennis court, both guaranteeing views never offered by such sporting facilities.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All bedrooms are situated on the second floor allowing for peace and solitude. Each bedroom boasts its own private deck or balcony along with lounge-style seating to enjoy the views of the stars at night or the amazing sunrises.All bedrooms have ensuites.
Bedroom One....Suite with king bed, open plan en-suite with inside and outside shower, huge bubble bath, air-conditioning, lounge, TV, ceiling fan, walk in robe.
Bedroom Two and Three....Suite with king bed, en-suite with shower, deep soak bath, air-conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, walk in robe.
Bedroom Four....Suite with king-split bed, en-suite with shower, free-standing bath, air-conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, walk in robe.
Bedroom Five...Three single king beds. Bathroom, ceiling fan, minibar refrigerator, TV. Although attached to the house, please note this room is not suitable for younger children due to the separate entry (not directly accessible from inside the house).

It is the perfect Villa for your holiday/family reunion/birthdays and any other special occasion.

Not only is Villa Vivante a unique wedding destination, it is a venue wedding dreams are made of. You're guaranteed to have incredible photographs and memories of your wedding - and that's exactly how your special day will be at Villa Vivante.
As we only rent you the Villa for your Wedding Day/Special Occasion. We have appointed a Wedding/Events Co-Ordinator Judy Heffernan and her appointed experienced team of local Wedding Specialist ....Chefs... Marriage Celebrants...Photograhers...Wedding Decorators.....Entertainers... including many others, your wedding will be very special at Villa Vivante.
Please note there is a wedding day fee at the Villa which covers furniture relocation / insurance/ rubbish removal/ cleaning of the Villa after the event and furniture relocation.
Please Note: Please also note extra terms and conditions in holding your wedding at Villa Vivante are:
No parking for non-house guest cars / we organise mini bus transfers
Maximum 84 guests seated, 90 for cocktails/canapes
Wedding reception to be completed by 11pm and all non house guests are to depart by midnight..
A function amount of $500 for up to 30 guests / $1200 for 55+ persons $1500 for 75 + persons, negotiable for less than 30.
This charge is for Public Liability for you and your guests / Furniture relocation for wedding / Furniture relocation after wedding / Garbage removal / Extra cleaning.
When having your wedding at Villa Vivante you must book the Villa for a minimum 5 nights 2-3 nights are available during the week.Mon - We have many mid week weddings...on these nights we can do a better rate for you.
Our terms and conditions at the Villa during the wedding are:
No outside external fires excluding Villa Vivante BBQ
No swimming in pool during or after reception until 6am the next morning
No Camping
