Bayside Cottage provides comfortable accommodation for 4 guests in fabulous Port Melbourne; within easy walking distance to the beach and the numerous cafes Port Melbourne has to offer. A lovely home that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.

Bayside Cottage provides ample space for 4 guests and can accommodate up to 6 if required (additional costs apply). The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, whilst the second bedroom has a queen which can split into two singles if required. There is a third bedroom/study which has a double sofa bed (can sleep 2 guests/$100 per clean) and a desk should extra space be required.

The lounge room has comfortable seating for 6, with TV/DVD/Foxtel (cable). The separate dining area can also seat 6 comfortably, and leads out to the spacious courtyard. The outdoor setting under a shady tree makes this an ideal spot for BBQ's and there's plenty of space for children to run around!

The spacious bathroom has a full sized bath and separate shower as well as laundry facilities including a combined washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances; however with all those cafes and restaurants within walking distance you may also choose to have a holiday from cooking.

Being just 4km from the city, you have the choice of taking the light rail located just one block from Bayside Cottage, or you can even walk, it's that close!

A Portacot is available at property free of charge - BYO cot linen. High chair available on request.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.
Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Standard Inclusions, Minimum Stays and Tariffs

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Minimum Stays
In general, we have a 7 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance, and a 5 night min otherwise. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
