As a family owned and operated business, we are very proud to present to you and our guests, the very best in luxury large group accommodation.
A QUICK EXPLANATION OF THE HOUSE:
'Group Accommodation'
This is a very large, beautifully decorated and well positioned beach house being only 300m from the beach. With 6 family sized bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 27 guests, this stunning property is perfect for your next holiday break with friends, family or colleagues.
It has:
2 living areas, 2 well equipped kitchens, dishwasher, 3 outdoor courtyards, large outdoor heated spa, a wonderful heating system for winter and airconditioning throughout the home for those hot summer days.
Linen and Outdoor Spa are optional. Bookings can be made via the enquiry form below, which will also send a link to our website with additional phone numbers.
Price: $500-$1200pn. Weekends are a 2 night minimum. Weekdays: We also offer our 2 bedroom 'Love Shack' Cottage. A great option for couples, smaller groups, or those in your group who would just like to stay a little longer!
Discounts may apply for multiple night bookings throughout the year. Last minute discounts may apply for bookings made within 2 weeks.
LOCATION OF PROPERTY:
Conveniently located in Rosebud only 300m to the beach, cafe's and bars and just over an hours drive from Melbourne.
'I organised a group of friends to celebrate my 50th. We found that it was a very spacious, comfortable and relaxed environment. I loved the big open plan lounge area, as well as the spa and a second smaller lounge. A fantastic house for large groups of people.' (Feb '12)

OUR NO PARTY POLICY:
We welcome all guests at our accommodation but please note, whilst you may be on your holidays, our neighbours are not. Please feel free to enjoy all this gorgeous home has to offer, but if your looking for a loud party house... this is not the place for you.
We have many and varied groups and enjoyable occasions celebrated at the house, from hens nights to sporting celebrations & Schoolies, birthdays and small weddings. Everyone thoroughly enjoys their stay as long as they respect the neighbourhood that they are celebrating in.
To avoid disappointment on arrival or during your stay, please ensure you read all our terms and conditions regarding its use and feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
