Brand new, modern two storey luxury beach house has it all - 3 bdrms, 2 bath with double showers upstairs - one an ensuite to the main.

All the latest equipment is in the superbly fitted out quality kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and island bench. The house is fully air conditioned upstairs and down. The house also has TV, DVD and CD stereo systems, and a DVD and CD library for your enjoyment.

Right on the beach and close to the Picnic Bay jetty, great for swimming and fishing, and not forgetting the hotel, TAB, restaurants and shops. It's also only a 5 minute stroll to the golf course and country club.

"We truly loved our stay @ Picnic Bay Beach'scape. The laid back feel was just what we needed after a few days in the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Our only complaint was that we booked it as a group of eight and had only enough towels and linens for 6 people. Having brought beach towels we made it work and had a wonderful stay. We had a very bad experience with C:Drive Car Rental and would like warn other travelers not to use their company."

"Picnic B'scape right on the foreshores of Picnic Bay was absolutely beautiful. We relaxed on the deck, sun warm and sea breeze cool, champers in hand and we sat speechless in awe. We did not want for anything and the only problem was that eventually we would have to leave."

"Picnic Beach'Scape was wonderful, so wonderfully appointed and comfortable in a quieter part of the island. To hear the gentle waves lapping the beach while enjoying breakfast/lunch/dinner outside was too good to be true. The birdlife around the property is magical, such a joy to wake up to parrots singing in the trees and the Curlews such a treat with their haunting calls. Would love to return as soon as possible to recharge and be amongst the friendly local community. Thank you for allowing your home to be available for such an experience."

"Great house! great location! Had a great time there. Great place to stay with kids as they can play at the beach while you rest on the hammoc in the verandah without loosing sight of them. I totally recommend it to anyone wanting to relax in the peace and tranquility of picnic bay. Thanks"

"Beautiful beachfront holiday home. Close to all amenties with fantastic views. Great place to stay in and watch a video or have a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the beach or walk to the italian restaurant on the corner. Will book again!"
