Villa 3 is a single level spacious villa located in the secure Broadwater Beach Executive Villa complex section adjacent to the Broadwater Beach Resort. Facilties include heated pool/spa and tennis court within complex, close walk to beach and playgrounds, restaurant in Resort, and an adjacent shopping centre and food hall.
Villa 3 is privately owned and is furnished for the comfort and enjoyment of couples and families.
Please note the villa is NOT considered suitable for groups where the majority of people are under 21, such as for leavers or university groups, so please do not apply if this is the intended purpose.
The Villa has 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathroooms. The large master bedroom overlooking the garden has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and there are twin singles in the third bedroom. There are also 2 foldaway beds should the group extend to 8 people. A portacot is available in the villa (no cot linen/bedding supplied)
The lounge/dining area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and a gas heater to keep you cosy on those wintery days. There are very comfortable lounges and 6 seater dining. For entertainment there is a large Plasma TV, DVD player and stereo in the living area and also a TV and DVD in the master bedroom.
The lounge area opens up onto an enclosed back garden containing a paved BBQ area and lawn perfect for family BBQs. There is a covered carport directly outside the front door for convenient access that accomodates 2 cars only.
The Broadwater Beach Executive Villas are located on Geographe Bay between Busselton and Dunsborough. It is a short drive to many of the south west attractions of Busselton and the vineyard region.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
Price based on 4 adults.
Extra adults pay $15 per adult per night.
Special rates for long term stays.
Children under 17 free.
2 night stays available -price on application.
3 night minimum long weekend, 4 night minimum Easter.
