Dunegara is situated in the first estate on a spacious fully fenced block. The long driveway could house 3 - 4 cars and there is room in the back yard for the boat. A covered deck out the back accomodates a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. perfect for that traditional aussie meal.
Only 1.5km to the patrolled beach number 1 (patrolled summer months only). Enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing or just paddling in the beautiful beach that stretches as far as the eye can see. Just a short 500m stroll to the shop and cafe. A well equiped kids playground is only 200m away so take your basket ball and maybe a picnic for endless entertainment.

On the inside

The property is only three years old. It boasts modern tones and an open plan family friendly layout.
There are 4 good size bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk in robe. The 2nd bedroom offers another queen size bed and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. The second living area at the front of the house has a double pull out sofa bed. A second bathroom with a bath is centrally located to the 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms. A reverse cycle air conditioner is situated in the main living area.The kitchen, dining and lounge room is all open plan with plenty of room for everyone and access to the decking and back yard. Facilities include flat screen TV with good reception, DVD player and a good selection of DVD's for all ages, CD player, board games and a wood heater which is beautiful in winter. The kitchen is very well equiped with cooking utensils, appliances, microwave, large fridge, fan forced oven, stove top and range hood. The second living area has a TV, DVD player and couches. The laundry is quite large with a washing machine, trough and access to the side of the house. A High Chair and Porta cot are available at no extra cost.

Venus Bay and surrounds

Venus bay is about 2hours drive from Melbourne City between Phillip Island and Wilsons Promontory.
The town is is surrounded by the beach on one side and the lovely calm sand spit of Andersons Inlet on the other. The boat ramp at the inlet will give you access to Tarwin river for fantastic river fishing. The beach is a favourite for surfing.

There are plenty of water birds to watch at Andersons Inlet when the tide is out. Visit the look out and see the kangaroos grazing on the mangrove flats.

If walking is your thing take a bushwalk through the beautiful Cape Liptrap Coastal Park to the light house or stroll through the dunes and along the beach taking in the breathtaking views and fresh air. Stroll along the board walk from Venus Bay to Tarwin Lower along the river. The kids will love to take their bikes along this track. Enjoy a meal at the Tarwin Lower Pub or local cafe.

Phillip Island and Wilson's Promontory are only a short drive (about 30 mins) away for day trips and exploring.
