Nightingale Luxury Villas are situated on the 60 acre Nightingale Wines Gail Grove Vineyard in the beautiful Broke Valley of the Hunter Wine Region. Under the view of Yellow Rock, the villas are adjacent to rows and rows of grapes grown for the medal and trophy winning wines made on the vineyard.
Each villa is well appointed for that vineyard, food and wine escape.
There are 6 x 64m2 luxury villas, each has separate bedroom, bathroom has twin vanity unit and that all important spacious spa.
Units open onto the well groomed vineyard from the lounge room, where there are comfortable leather lounges, AUSTAR, plasma-satellite televisions and a self contained kitchen.
In addition to the luxury villas, a well appointed studio escape, suitable for 3 singles, opens onto the pool deck overlooking the 12 metre pool. The villas and Studio Pool Room can accommodate up to 20 guests with a minimum of 2 night policy stay.
The Nightingale award winning wines and restaurant are only a short stroll from your villa. While a continental breakfast is provided for you to enjoy in your villa, those more romantic meals of dinner or lunch can be enjoyed in our restaurant or alfresco on the screened-in verandahs of the tasting house.
Nightingale Restaurant is only a short 20 metre stroll from the luxury villas, swimming pool and barbeque area.
The restaurant offers enjoyable dishes with an infusion of classic and modern contemporary fare in our fully licensed establishment. Here you will experience service second to none provided by our staff. Ther partnering of our food and fine wine is a delight we all desire. This is achieved with our philsophy of changing menus to accentuate seasonal vegetables, meat, game and medal winning wines.
Nightingale Wines, Gail Grove Vineyard, grows a large variety of grapes. They go to the making of 17 wines for you to taste and enjoy. The winery is the home of the 2005 James Busby Trophy along with the double trophy winning and gold medal wines. Medal winning verdelhos, chardonnays, sparkling white and red wines, merlot, shiraz, and cabernet/sauvignons are available for tasting. Nightingale is the home of the famous Gail Force Port and a luscious verdelho liqueur. Not only will you enjoy your stay in our luxury villa, you will also enjoy your Nightingale wine and food experience on one of the prettiest vineyards in the Hunter Valley.

Rates

Our six villas and pool room can accommodate up to 20 guests. We do have a minimum of two night stay policy on weekends.
Villas 1 - 6 include a continental breakfast and the following:
• Queen size bed in a separate bedroom
• Double sink vanity for guest to use
• Spa bath
• Separate shower
• Lounge room overlooking the vineyard
• Red leather lounges
• Satellite plasma television

• Kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils

A roll away bed can be added to the lounge room in each villa for an additional $50 per night.
The Studio Pool Room is offered at $90 per person per night (minimum 2 night stay). It sleeps 3 only. Included with your pool room booking is a continental breakfast for each guest. This is the ideal accommodation for 3 singles.

The Pool and BBQ
• Use of the pool and pool towels is complimentary,
• The BBQ is also available for guests to use. BBQ packs with salad and bread can be organised through cellar door from $25 per person
Check in from 2pm - Early arrival can be organised. (1pm at the earliest)
Check out is 11am - Late checkout can be arranged for a $50 fee per villa and pool room. All villas MUST be vacated no later than 3pm. An extra nights fee will be charged after that time.
RATES
Our rates are calculated on a minimum two night stay.
FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND HOLIDAY RATES
Villas 1 - 6: $290 per night including a continental breakfast basket delivered to your villa.
Studio Pool Room - up to 3 guests (minimum 2) $95 per person per night. A continental breakfast is provided for each guest.
A rollaway can be added to each villa for $70 per night. A continental breakfast is provided for each guest.
SUNDAY TO THURSDAY RATES (mid-week)
Villas 1-6: $190 per night including a continental breakfast basket delivered to your villa.
Studio Pool Room - up to 3 guests (minimum 2) $80 per person per night. A continental breakfast is provided for each guest.
A rollaway can be added to each villa for $50 per night. A continental breakfast is provided for each guest.
MID WEEK GROUP RATES (Sun-Thur)
Groups from 15 - 20: a rate of $75 per night per person. A continental breakfast for each guest is included in this prize.

5 x single rollaway beds in lounge rooms - 5 guest

Villas available on weekly basis @ $1100 (services alternate days). Continental breakfasts included daily.
