This brand new 3 bed home accom up to 8 ppl, (with a large king room, spacious queen room and a third bedroom that will comfortably sleep 4 children or two adults). Extensive open plan living & dining areas incl spacious bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms & separate toilet - ideal setup for familes, groups, couples, even 2 families (and share the cost!) The main entertainment area offers new HD large screen tv, dvd player (and dvds), adults & kids games, r/c airconditioning & leather lounges to indulge in. The perfect summer escape! The main bedroom is pure heaven - King Size bed, spacious ensuite, walk-in robe, heating and privacy from other rooms. A step accross the hall is the adults retreat - this private lounge which french doors that open to the perfect front terrace, a table for two, a boulevard with a flavour of Europe, and a sunset that can only be truly marveled in our South West. The property is fully enclosed with both front and back access and security, street parking out the front for two or more cars. There is even enough room for a boat & 2 cards in the large remote double garage which also has immediate access into the home.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a brand new dishwasher, quality appliances and complimentary pantry items that are essential, but often forgotten. The main living area opens directly to the decked alfresco which offers a stylish entertaining area for all seasons (fully equipped with new BBQ and outdoor setting for 6-8). The estate is located close to town but far away enough from the activities of Busselton town centre to truly relax and enjoy your peaceful surroundings. The local beach is 1 km away, & there is easy access to popular surfing beaches, wineries and all the attractions of the Geographe area. Take a trip Dunsborough or Meelup beach or watch the kids take delight in the Estates' enormous playground - which has BBQ's, a large gazebo for your picnic, an enormous oval for a game of footy, dog friendly and many sporting facilities, incl Tennis wall, basket ball & netball courts -All one minute walk from your front door. Play a game of golf on the Par 3 golf course or take our bikes around the cycle paths and enjoy the magical gardens and ambience of the estate. The Old Broadwater Farm Estate is set in front of untouched bushland where Kangaroos are in abundance. A wonderful place to either relax or see the year round attractions of the South West. On your doorstep... is the historical Old Broadwater Farm Homestead which is a very popular wedding venue - The historical cottage and gardens provide a magical setting for ceremonies & receptions. This estate is also a popular venue for many concerts and family events.
