Description

This property is located just 2 minutes walk from beautiful Pearl Beach. It features two king size beds, two living areas, two bathrooms and three toilets. It can accommodate 12 people.

The house has two sections with a breezeway between them making it easy to accommodate two families holidaying together. Each section of the house has a master bedroom with king size bed. The two other bedrooms are both equipped with two double bunks thus accommodating 12 people all up.

Both lounges are equipped with LCD HD TVs, DVD players and Foxtel with the Sports Channels. The main lounge also has a slow combustion stove. The rear lounge has a small kitchenette.

Each end of the house has split system reverse cycle air conditioning.

The main kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. It has crockery and cutlery for 12 people as well as cooking equipment.

There is a single dining room which can accommodate 12 people. The covered front deck can accommodate 6 to 8 for entertaining, the mid section breezeway can also be used for relaxing or entertaining and there is also an outside entertaining area that can accommodate 12 people.

The outside entertainment area is equipped with a 4 burner BBQ with side burner and is located close to the kitchenette.

Other features of the house include an outside beach shower and polished floorboards throughout the property. There are also ceiling fans and heaters.

Local Attractions

Pearl Beach is 2 minutes walk away. It is ideal for a stroll or for younger children. It is a protected beach.

There is a cafe at the beach as well as a restaurant and a small store. There is a golf course 10 minutes away by car. Tennis courts are available for hire at Pearl Beach and at Patonga.

Pearl Beach village is a small quiet community surrounded by National Park. The immediate area has many walking tracks, a small waterfall and an arboretum. Within the general Central Coast area there are longer walks, extensive National Parks and beaches accessible only by walking within the parks.

The closest surf beach depends on the prevailing conditions. Some of the surf beaches are Umina, MacMasters, Copacabana.

Linen, other equipment and exclusions

Please bring your own linen, towels and paper goods.
Please bring two sheets and a pillowcase for each bed you will use. Doonas and pillows are provided.

Linen can be hired from a local provider as can nursery equipment. There is a high chair and play pen in the house.

No smoking is allowed and no pets are allowed.

No parties, weddings, functions, caterers. No schoolies, undergraduate groups or groups all under 21.

This home is for personal use only for up to 12 people. The rental agreement includes conditions on noise levels.
