The home boasts two separate living areas ( upstairs and downstairs), large open plan kitchen,dining and lounge and has been tastefully decorated with quality modern furniture. The lounge area has two comfortable leather couches and an entertainment unit with a brand new HD plasma TV, surround sound and DVD player.
There's a TV & stereo in the 2nd living area downstairs. The modular lounge opens out to a double sofa bed and this room can be utilised as a 4th bedroom if required. This opens out to a 2nd quiet outdoor area, perfect to read a book or let the kids play.
The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances allowing you to enjoy a stress free holiday with all the amenities you need.
The main bedroom has a gorgeous, modern ensuite with a large spa bath for you to relax and unwind in. All bedrooms have modern beds,quilts, pillows and built in robes. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. Situated only a short stroll to the beach and close to many facilities this holiday home will suit couples, groups and families alike who wish to enjoy the ambience of a coastal getaway.

The Southern Right Whale's annual migration from the sub-Antarctic occurs between May and October. Be privileged & experience the Southern Wright Whales annual migration Grace the waters of Encounter Bay from your balcony.
Walk or Bicycle Ride the trails along the scenic coastline or climb the various walking tracks on the Bluff. Relax with some fishing or surf at Petrol Cove. Stroll down to the Cafes along the beach front. Follow a short drive to the right of the coastline and enjoy the protected habitat, surf, swim, fishing and walking trails of Waitpinga and Parsons Beaches OR go left to the Township of Victor Harbor & Granite Island. Keep driving a short distance to experience the swim and surf beaches of Horseshoe Bay, Knights and Boomer Beach.
