Superbly quiet 5acre bush location. No neighbours in view or ear shot. The property is only 10 minutes to Dunsborough for shopping, major wineries are only 5-10 minutes away. Situated just off Marrinup Drive and just around the corner from Lamonts Winery and art gallery. There are lots of walk trails on our 5acres and the walk along Marrinyup Drive any afternoon will delight the kids, with kangaroos everywhere to be seen.
The fabulous Injidup Beach and Smith's Beach and Yallinyup beach for the serious surfers are all less than 10 minutes away. The property is in a fantastic location for taking in the wineries. Close by just to name a few of our favourites.....Wills Domain, Amberley , Virgin Block, Naturalist Wines, Clairault, Lamonts.
There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which is AIRCONDITIONED for your comfort together with a wood burning heater for great winter nights. There is a 32 " LCD Full digital TV. We provide candles for your candle light dinners.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , and laundry, 3 metre wide verandahs wrapping around the front and sides of the house, and opening out onto a small patch of lawn where the kids can play. The lawn area is also popular with kangaroos which quite often graze in the evening.
Outside there are 2 outdoor settings and a 4 burner gas BBQ. The wide verandahs are perfect for summer night BBQ's.
Great fun for all in "the shed"....foosball, darts, boulles, gym equipment boogie boards to keep you fit.

The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and beds are fitted with 500 thread Egyptian cotton sheets for that little bit of luxury. ALL BEDS ARE FITTED WITH ELECTRIC BLANKETS FOR WINTER WARMTH.
The master bedroom WITH ENSUITE has a QUEEN BED PLUS a SINGLE BED ( Plus TV )
The 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed.
The 3rd bedroom has a QUEEN bed PLUS a KING SINGLE bed. (Plus TV )
There is also a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge and sleeps 2 people. ( Not pictured)
The kitchen is fully equipped....cant imagine what else you would need.
There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board .

Minimum stay is 2 nights. 3 nights for long weekends and 4 nights for Easter. 5 nights over Xmas New year
There is a $350 bond which is required as confirmation of your booking. Payment of tariff in full is required 14 days prior to arrival date. The bond is paid back by direct debit within 2 days of leaving, or by other arrangements with owners. There is a $100 - $150 linen and setup fee depending on numbers, that is applied to all bookings.
Cancellations:
Every endeavour is made to re book the time cancelled, but if this is not possible your deposit is forfeited. If the time is rebooked by another client, your deposit is refunded in full (less a $ 50 cancellation fee ). Also if the new booking rate has to be discounted then the shortfall is deducted from the deposit. Notification of cancellation must be recieved at least 30 days prior to your booking.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
Last minute and weekly discounts do not apply to special offers.
SPECIAL: Any remaining days in Feb $180 per night all inclusive. Thats a bargain.
