'The Precinct' is a contemporary, stylish and very spacious apartment. Brilliantly located around the corner from the surf beach, public transport, shopping and in a fantastic spot to live Bondi Beach life to the max. You are close enough to watch the surfers catching waves while having a drink on the shared, sunny roof top terrace. The apartment is all quality with lift or stair access, double storey windows, polished floors, stainless steel kitchen, Italian designer furnishings, king size bedroom and large flatscreen television. A sunny window seat overlooks the passing parade below throught the fully sliding open windows. You will be in the heart of Bondi village's hip restaurants and bars with ATM, bank, pharmacy and grocery services in the immediate streets. The apartment block and the apartment have full security with no access to either without pass card and key. Go anywhere in Sydney from the bus stop round the corner with the full public transport system or the Bondi Explorer tourist bus. The airport is 30 minutes away.
Our friendly concierge welcomes you in person into the apartment to settle you in.
Rates are from AUD $140.00 per night for a couple using the King bed and from $!5.00 per additional adult and from $15.00 for 2 additional children

A 30% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due on arrival by agreement.
Departure cleaning/ concierge fee from $95.00.
A security bond of $200 - $400 is requested against damages or extra cleaning above normal and is returned promptly after departure.
Payment can be made via Paypal+4% fee, internet transfer, bank cheque or cash. You can email or fax the internet transfer receipt for immediate confirmation of your booking if you wish.
Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of nett amount of deposit requested.
In the event of 2 deposits being received for the same time frame the first one received is confirms the reservation and the other will be immediately returned less bank transfer fees.
Cancellations or variations to dates after booking - Fees received are forfeited in varying amounts after 60 days prior to arrival but are always returned if the apartment books for the same period at the same rate.
You will be met by our Concierge at a predetermined time to be welcomed into the apartment and settled in.
The owner's contact number is provided when you email your enquiry so you can ask have your queries answered in person.
The Precinct is a non smoking, non pet property.
