Looking for a peaceful getaway that is within walking distance to the beach, comfortable and self contained? This property may be the property you're looking for. Enjoy early morning or evening walks along the beach and the peaceful surroundings of Sunset Retreat. There is a beach entrance at the end of the street, only 12 houses away! The house is fitted with modern furniture, promoting easy living and has large windows allowing lots of natural light to filter through. There are board games, cricket bats, soccer balls, basket ball ring, a DVD player (large selection of DVD's), Playstation 2 with games and a CD/radio for all of your entertainment needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes many extra items that are not always supplied with holiday accommodation, such as sandwich press, wok, electric blender etc. There is also an outdoor decking area next to the kitchen with a full size gas BBQ. Enjoy breakfast outdoors under the umbrella as the area is sheltered and adjacent to the kitchen. The bathroom has a spa bath. The lounge has a LCD TV. There is a second TV in the children's bedroom that can be operated to play Playstation 2 and watch DVD's, while parents can watch TV in the lounge. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second room has a double bed and the third has a set of bunks and a single bed. A portable cot/bassinet is provided for babies and toddlers. Beds are fitted with electric blankets for those cold nights and the queen and double beds are fitted with Jason woollen underlays. The house has a reverse cycle cooling unit, fans and a gas heater for the winter months, ensuring comfort all year round.
A cafe/convenience store is conveniently located within a few minutes walk from Sunset Retreat. The main shopping strip and patrolled beach are a short drive away. The backyard that can be securely locked for children, is quite large, ideal for the kids to play cricket, basketball etc. There is a very large shade sail in this area with a second outdoor table setting and a full size basketball ring. Sorry, property is not suitable for groups of young people.
