Aspect on Jones' Beach is a spacious 3 bedroom property decorated in bright beach house style with polished floorboards. 2 x Q and 1 x Tri Bunk-bed (Double bed with single above) with a roller-bed underneath as an alternative for younger children. It will accommodate 6 adults or 7 people including children. It has an open plan living area with 2 x 3 seater sofas and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. It is bring your own linen. It has a north-east aspect and receives excellent natural light. There is parking for cars or even a boat. ***Fully fenced back yard for children with side entrance to the house***.

The house is situated close to local shops and the playground equipment is a delight to the children.
The well known rocky outcrop called Cathedral rocks is 3 minutes walk along the beach. The property is opposite bicycle and walking tracks, these lead to beautiful cliff walks which culminate where the sea meets the picturesque Minnamurra river featuring Rangoon Island. On this walk dophins and whales have been observed. The river in summer is usually full of swimmers, boaties and Kayaks. Excellent boat and car park facillities exist here.
Beach, rock fishing and river fishing is so close. It is within metres if you can tackle that. I always catch mine at the fish and chip shop.
The holiday house is suited to couples, families or a small group of friends.

House to unpack golf clubs at Kiama golf course 2 min (almost a par 4 from the property).

On par with being opposite the beach Aspect on Jones' Beach is a golfers haven. It is close to 6 panoramic golf courses. As well as playing the grass greens and lush fairways the golfer will enjoy fairways along the Minnamurra river, see dramatic ocean and mountain views. Gerringong offers a Seaside, headland course. The Links Shell Cove Course has a fleet of electric golf carts and was recently voted one of the top 50 Courses in Australia. There are a lot of sand bunkers to avoid on that course.
Get a few golf buddies together and do a circuit of the area.
The courses are to be found at Kiama, Jamberoo, Gerringong, Gerroa, Albion Park and the Links golf course is at Shellharbour. All 2 - 20 minutes from Aspect on Jones' Beach. They can be viewed on the internet.

Whales in July and September.
Drive to Southern Highlands get a famous pie at Robertson on your way through.
Take a scenic drive to Mount Keira Lookout and stop at the Nan Tien Temple on the way back.
Berry markets on the first Sunday of each month, Shell harbour village on the second Sunday of each month, Kiama seaside markets on third Sunday of each month, and Kiama produce markets on the fourth Sunday of each month.
