The property is located in Yarraville one of Melbourne's vibrant inner city suburbs.

As one of the oldest inner city suburbs, Yarraville is a charming place with its mix of Victorian houses, cottages and modern homes.

Quaint Yarraville Village with its trendy restaurants, cafe's, bars, the famous Art Deco, Sun Theatre and speciality shops is at the epicentre of the suburb and has a unique village atmosphere that is no longer found in inner city Melbourne.

Yarraville Village is a place that visitors travel to on the weekends to soak up the atmosphere.

Only 10 minutes by car to the CBD or less than a 1 minute walk to the train station and 5 stops to the centre of Melbourne, Village BELLE is a great spot to base yourself to to access all of the city's tourist and cultural attractions.

Add $40.00 per night for use of the second bedroom

Whole house $205 per night sleeping max 4 guests

Bedroom 2 will be opened for bookings where second bedroom is requested.

MINIMUM STAY: STRICTLY 4 NIGHTS

Above rates will alter depending on time of year, special events in Melbourne and holiday periods.
