Visiting Melbourne, relocating or coming to see family or friends based in the inner west, Village BELLE is a perfect location for your stay. The property is a modern beautifully renovated 2 bedroom Victorian house right in the heart of charming Yarraville Village.
Yarraville is one of Melbourne's oldest inner city suburbs and less than 10 minutes drive to Melbourne CBD. At the centre of the suburb is quaint Yarraville Village, a vibrant place which is home to an assortment of trendy restaurants, cafes and speciality shops.
Village BELLE is in a prime location being only 20 metres walk to the Village and less than a minutes walk to public transport (Yarraville train station & bus depot)
PRICING
Rates quoted are for 4 guests with use of the entire house.
Two bedrooms both large in size and with:
1 x QUEEN SIZE BED
1 x QUEEN SIZE BED
(1 x SINGLE BED ON REQUEST)
The house can accommodate more than 4 guests comfortably. An extra single bed which is actually a proper single bed mattress and base can be provided in the second bedroom at flat rate of $35 per night.
COMPLIMENTARY WiFi PROVIDED
EXTRA COSTS ARE POST VACATING CLEAN and LINEN & TOWELS - a modest fee of $60 is charged per stay for a post vacating clean and a flat fee of $15 per person for the supply of drycleaned linen and towels during your stay.
WEEKLY DISCOUNT
We do not offer discounts on stays under 7 nights, however, if you elect to stay 7 nights or more, a generous discount has already been built into the weekly rate. May not apply during peak events.
LONG TERM STAYS
Stays of over 30 days are considered long term and negotiable depending on length of stay and number of guests. Please contact us to discuss.
BOOKING TERMS
A deposit of 50% of your accommodation cost is required to secure your stay with the balance and security bond to be paid 7 days prior to your arrival at Village BELLE. Access information will be forwarded upon receipt of your final payment.
PARKING
All day free visitors permit parking is available out the front of Village BELLE. Guests will find the visitors permit to display inside your vehicle in the information folder at the house.
ABOUT Village BELLE
There really is no need for a car when staying at Village BELLE, as the house is located 20 metres to vibrant Yarraville Village with all its speciality shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and under a minutes walk to the train station and 15 minute train ride into Melbourne's city centre. If you do have a car the centre of Melbourne is an easy 10 minute drive from Village BELLE.
The Victorian cottage retains the original facade but once inside is a stunningly modern home. The house has two large bedrooms both with queen size beds, built in robes and designer furnishings. A full size single bed mattress & base can be placed in the second bedroom to accommodate a 5th guest.
Every detail has been considered to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable from high quality linen to the well stocked library of books and magazines.
To the rear of the house is a large open plan space that combines, kitchen, dining area and loungeroom with soaring 14ft high ceilings and surrounded by north facing windows that flood the large space with lots of lovely natural light.
Enjoy cooking up a storm in the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with European appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with an assortment of cooking equipment, crockery eg grill pans, roasting pans, serving platters, selection of crockery, glasses and other items to entertain.
French doors lead onto the grassed courtyard where you can sit and have a BBQ, enjoy a glass of wine and capture the afternoon rays.
The house has polished floor boards and hydronic heating throughout, airconditioning, a desk for working from home with complimentary WiFi provided. In the loungeroom is a huge 55" LCD TV, DVD player and iphone/ipod stereo docking station to play your own music. Village BELLE is truely a home away from home and only minutes from Melbourne CBD.
Located In One of Melbourne's Charming Inner City Suburbs
As one of Melbourne's oldest inner city suburbs, Yarraville is a charming place with its mix of Victorian houses, cottages and modern homes.
Quaint Yarraville Village with its trendy restaurants, cafe's, bars, the famous Art Deco, Sun Theatre and speciality shops is at the epicentre of the suburb and has a unique village atmosphere that is no longer found in inner city Melbourne.
Yarraville Village is a place that visitors travel to on the weekends to soak up the atmosphere.
From Village BELLE, it is only 10 minutes by car to Melbourne City centre or less than a 1 minute walk to the train station and 5 stops into the centre of Melbourne. The house is an excellent location to base yourself to to access all of the city's tourist and cultural attractions.
An easy drive to Melbourne and Werribee Zoo, the Melbourne Aquarium, Flemington Racecourse, Ethiad Stadium, Docklands, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Royal Botanical Gardens or for those wanting to explore local attractions, Village BELLE is within walking distance of ScienceWorks and quaint Williamstown with its lovely Victorian homes and swimming beach (perfect for children)
For corporate visitors Village BELLE is a 1km drive to the Westgate Freeway the gateway to the Eastern suburbs.
For overseas guests, this freeway leads in the opposite direction to Werribee Open Range Zoo, Geelong and Victoria's magnificent Great Ocean Road.

Modern, light and airy, the house is a joy to return to at the end of a long day. Walk 20 metres to the local butcher and organic grocer to decide your evening meal or choose not to cook and visit one of the many restaurants on your doorstep.
This property is strictly non smoking.
SECURITY BOND - Due to the quality of the furnishings and electrical equipment provided at Village BELLE,a security bond of $1000 is required per stay. We appreciate this is a significant security deposit and as such, is promptly refunded following vacating.

Winter special stay 7 nights during May or June only $205 per accommodating 4 guests. Not available inconjunction with a last minute discount or during school holidays.
