Tingara is an architect designed, light-filled house with only the bush/wetlands between the deck and beach. Each of the three oversized bedrooms has an ensuite. With plenty of room to move and a rumpus room downstairs, this is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Additionally, it is very comfortable for 2 families or if the teenagers bring their friends. The kitchen is big enough for everyone to help out!
The beach is an easy stroll through the bush to the north end which is usually best for surfing. Walk down to the boatramp end which is calmer and very safe for young children.
Durras Lake is great for fishing or to hire a canoe.
Bateman's Bay is only 15 minutes away for a selection of restaurants, fresh seafood, shopping, movies, and holiday activities.
Murramarang National Park has numerous beaches to explore, tracks for walking or cycling so bring the bikes.
In winter we can only book groups of 6 or less that will use the main level. There is no heat downstairs and it is quite cold May - September.
No schoolies please.
Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is very large with 4 single beds. Bedroom 3 is downstairs with a queen bed and 2 single beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, and oversized pantry. Lounge room has TV, DVD, stereo. Rumpus has table tennis. Laundry has a front loader machine. Wood is supplied for fireplace in lounge room. Unfortunately, we cannot supply bed linen, towels, or soaps.

Please note that for May through August we can only accept 6 guests using the upstairs of the house only. This is because the downstairs is not heated and can be very cold in winter.
